We had some warranty work done on a furnace installed in a new house. It's great to work with businesses that stand behind their work.

I had just returned from a business trip and walked into a home that was hovering around 90°. I have a Nest thermostat so I knew on the road that something was wrong with my heat pump. I made a couple of calls to local companies; what a joke. One major local company insisted that I need a new six-thousand system. Another local company didn't even have somebody to talk to; everybody busy. Scrolling down the list I came across a company who is now associated with Mesquite Electric, Rager. My recommendation is to give Mesquite Electric a call ASAP if you have a question or problem with your HVAC equipment! I'm sold on these guys.

Had new A/C installed 9/12/18. 9/16/19 A/C froze up. They came back and added freon (which, according to professionals, should NEVER need to be done). 10/7/19 it froze up again - they added MORE freon. It has recently froze up twice (NO, we do NOT adjust a/c more than 1* at a time in this awful heat). This co. tried to bill us for the added freon in Oct. /19 but we refused to pay because it should never have happened. Last night we froze up again - we called a different company in town. Ridiculous...
