I'm surprised by all the great reviews for this company & it's owner Robert. Okay. Maybe not. People get lucky sometimes. I called this "character" Robert who owns this company & spoke to him about troubleshooting an unusual electrical problem at my house. His rates seemed reasonable & he gave me a late appointment window for the next day & asked me to send him a text with my address info. Which I did. There was no acknowledgement that he received my text. The next day, late in the afternoon I sent him a text telling him I was sorry but I forgot his arrival window. After an hour without him texting a reply, I called him & it went to voice mail. I left a brief message. I tried another number for the business. No voice announcement. All I got was a beep. "Oh, I guess I leave a message now." LOL. I hung up instead. My educated guess is that "good old" Robert looked up my address & figured I lived too far away & he didn't want the job. (I looked on Yelp. I am in his "Service Area".) A common occurrence with grifter businessmen here in Grifter Town. Dude! At least be an adult & man up & tell me you don't want the job instead of hiding out like a common criminal. Childish nonsense. He never showed. He never called or texted.

NOW. Imagine if this guy Robert does some work for you & something goes wrong. He doesn't want to fix it & he goes AWOL. Hiding out like a fugitive from justice. He won't take your calls & disappears. NOW you're stuck & have to hire someone else. Maybe you have to take him to small claims court. That's what you're dealing with here. Hire this grifter AT YOUR OWN RISK! Me? I'm glad he didn't show up. Because if his troubleshooting skills are as BAD as his business acumen, I just dodged a bullet. LOL. Thanks, Robert!
