The guy chris that came out was very nice respectful. He tried to fix it and was un able to becouse it was electrical but he took pictures and called and got someone else coming out. But he was such a nice guy he was honest definitely recommend.

So far so good, the tech was nice and knowledgeable, and told me they would be back to check on the unit in about a week, to make sure we are good and running right. I would recommend.

P-Town Air to the rescue! We had an issue with our AC vents and they came right away to figure out a plan and within a few days they returned to fix our major issue and clean out our vents and blower! They were very respectable, respectful, orderly, efficient, and clean. They did their work and were in and out. No hidden fees or charges, they were good to their word! Dean, Luis, and Jesus have earned our business and we won't hesitate to call them whenever we have issues!

I have had numerous appointments with PTown Air since moving to Pahrump. This company and employees are THE BEST in terms of professional knowledge, integrity, reliability, work ethic, and all parts of customer service. I would give them 10 stars, but there are only 5!!!

I’m very satisfied with P-Town AC Service in Pahrump, from scheduling appointment to the actual service visit and the fee. Dean was on time, efficient, friendly and respectful, and his communication was excellent. I’ll call again for end-of-season preventative maintenance.

We just wanted to share what a great job P-Town Air Incorporated did for us when our AC went out. Dean and Brennan wasted no time troubleshooting the problem and getting the the AC back up to running and made arrangements for the problem to be corrected.

Highly recommended. Chris took care of business quickly & efficiently. When another issue popped up the following morning (early Saturday), Chris & Krista were attentive and addressed problem immediately.
We will continue to use and recommend P-Town Air!!

P-Town Air Incorporated installed my mini split unit quickly and efficiently. The team was on time, knowledgeable, and made the whole process hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Nick was awesome! The job was a rough one, but he was able to get the AC completely replaced alin about 2.5 hours. He was very nice and courteous, made sure everything was running properly before he left.

Had central A/C check up. Dean and Brenden performed service and answered several questions of concern. Both were most professional and personable. Highly recommend.

The problem was me (Sandra) not knowing to advance temp more than 2 degrees at a time. Dean was great! The office person on call was great. System is great and running well! Thank you I didn’t have to pay.

They were on time, friendly, courteous and Knowledgeable. A great team, of men that can get the job done.
