Technician couldn't have been friendlier and explained everything fully. He found the problem even though it was electrical and had nothing to do with the dishwasher itself.

Chris was fantastic! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He checked out our washing machine, ran the appropriate tests and was able to give suggestions on how to maintain the appliance. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

I asked for a service review of my Samsung oven due to it operating excessively loudly, and was connected to Forrest. They asked sensible questions before scheduling an in-home visit, and pre-ordered the most-likely parts. Chris called a few days before the scheduled visit and offered to come earlier. He was professional, explained clearly what he was doing, and performed logical diagnostic measures. Ultimately, he replaced a fan assembly - which had been pre-ordered in case it turned out to be a problem. I am completely pleased with this experience, and can recommend Forrest - and especially Chris - without hesitation or reservation.
