Pam at Service one was a pleasure to speak with. She was so accommodating to my schedule. She made an extra effort to send someone to the house the same day. Elvis was fast and extremely professional, keeping us posted on his progress along the way.
It is always nice to know that someone cares about your predicament. I was able to save all my groceries! I am so grateful to their kindness. I highly recommend Service One Appliance.

Pam the owner is a complete terror. She has the WORST customer service skills on the planet and probably shouldn’t be customer facing. I spent 20 min on the phone setting up an appt with a male rep who didn’t seem to be able to take down an appropriate address. Then on 330 the day PRIOR to my appt they leave a message re what is my house number. Ok who schedules an appt without an address just a street? Then I called back the day if service because I had not heard from them. I looked at my phone messages and just noticed the days previous call. She said they tried to call me that AM but there was no call from them. She refused to believe me re my initial call and she refused to service the call. She was argumentative and so thoroughly unprofessional that as a business owner myself I was shocked. Don’t bother with the company. The owner sets the tone and believe me this owner is not interested in helping you solve any problem
