Dave and his son expertly fixed my sub zero. They know what they were doing - times 10. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Not enough adjectives in the dictionary to show my appreciation.

Richard was fantastic! He replaced the compressor on my Sub-Zero refrigerator and cleaned the condensers, which hadn’t been touched in years. He also took the time to explain the issues I was having with my dishwasher, and sure enough, it’s working better just as he said it would. The technician sent to repair my fridge is very professional and knowledgeable. Good thing he got the part he needed from his truck on his first visit so my fridge was fixed the same day! Customer service are also knowledgeable in giving answers to all my questions. We'll use Smart Tech again on my future appliance repair needs.

Brand new premium LG dryer from Lowes stopped working after the first use and past the 48 hour return period. We were nervous about having repair work done on a fine black finish product but the repairman who came was friendly, informative, understanding, and extremely delicate with our dryer for the repair. The dryer was working within 10 minutes and got some tips on managing the dryer in the future. Grateful for the service we received from Smart Tech today, would call them again.
