We worked with Walter and Gatlyn. Walter was our initial contact who quoted the job. We needed an electric vehicle charger installed with its associated 40amp plug. Once quoted (a few days turnaround) we received a digital bid with e-signature for our approval. Burnett Electric scheduled a tech to install but the appointment was a few days after my charging station was scheduled to arrive. The charge level in our new vehicle was low and I asked if we could get someone out sooner. Burnett moved some people around and Gatlyn showed up the afternoon of our charging station delivery. Gatlyn did a GREAT job. He has good manners, cleaned up after himself and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent work Burnett Electric!

The only hiccough occurred when a text of Gatlyn's ETA went to my spouse's cell phone. She was not home at the time and returned the text stating she would be 15 minutes late. It was I who scheduled the job and I was home when the initial text was sent. Burnett could improve ONLY by identifying a primary contact in the household for a specific job. This was such a minor issue my 5 star rating holds.

This issue occurred because we often use Burnett Electric and my wife generally "manages" the job. It was her contact information they had on their system.

After a power outage several outlets weren't working - the refrigerator, microwave and washing machine weren't working and one other outlet that had my coffee maker on it. Mike changed out the GFI plug and did some voodoo to the outlet where the coffee pot usually is and now everything is working! I consider Mike absolutely magic because electricity isn't something I understand even a little bit - only when it works and when it dosent! Working with Burnett Electric was a pleasure - very pleasant, helpful and projessional. I recommend them highly!

Jonatan came through same day and helped me get an old 20 amp fuse breaker swapped to a 30, swapped out old romex for #10 wire, without needing to quote and schedule me I’m super great full super talented electrician! Finally able to wash clothes again!

Next day appointment (unlike competitors with 2 week wait). Tanner arrived exactly on time, with a call ahead. He was skilled, fast and courteous.

We were able to get an electrician out immediately after calling. Mike helped troubleshoot some issues we were having with 2 switches and gave us a game plan of how to fix a fixture issue. He was so kind and took time to explain things. Having them back to install the new fixture.

Joey was professional and friendly. He did a great job and explained everything thoroughly. He was fast and clean. I would recommend!

The two electricians were both super nice and worded great together. They did a really good job, cleaned up after themselves. Arrived on time. Worked with NV Energy, everything exceeding expectations!

Well, the main technician is very knowledgeable, very kind and professional. His assistant, I understand was his first day, so he was kind of in a training mode for very nice. Young man who I think would be a very nice addition to your business.

Excellent. I'm a retired Licensed Contractor of 35 years in the Reno area and still use Burnett Electric for my house and neighbors who need help. They consistently have the best Electricians I've ever used. Pretty amazing and unusual.
