The work they did in our Bathrooms was beautiful. All the workers were professional and the work was excellent.

I was impressed with how smooth the whole remodel went. The crew and even the subs were available when needed. Excellent job. Good choice, I'd definitely use them again.

From planning to completion, Kirby was fantastic to work with. They were realistic and open with their timeframes and prices- there was nothing unexpected. The communication was open and timely. All around excellence.

From the time that we met Melanie and Kurt, and his crew started, we were always happy. They were here when they told us they would be and the finished project is beautiful. The only reason we went over budget and over time was our fault. We were so happy with the way everything was looking that we expanded on the project. I joked with Kurt that we were like the gift that keeps on giving. The carpenters, drywallers, tilers, cabinets, painters and the flooring guys were all professional and we got a great quality remodel. Thanks Kirby.

We used Kirby construction to remodel our master bathroom, improvements in our laundry room, replaced kitchen counters & flooring as well as the addition of a covered patio, and painting the exterior of our home. Melanie and Curt were our primary contacts. We were so impressed with them and their crew for each project. They always returned our phone calls and kept us well informed. if we had a question or concern, they quickly responded. We Couldn't have been happier! Will definitely recommend them every chance we get.

My kitchen was remodeled by kirby. I was told the project would take 6-8 weeks, it took 6 months. By my count, there were nearly 40 days when no one came to do any work and I was just stuck with a gutted kitchen and no progress being made. The quote I was given was grossly under quoted as they only quoted for 1 slab of granite and I ended up needing 3! And that's just one example... I made it clear I wanted a high end kitchen and would be getting high end appliances and wanted high end cabinets to go with it, I was quoted for the cheapest basic cabinets available. The quote ended up being about 1/3 the actual final price! The work was nice when they finally finished, but I found it pretty unprofessional to have no workers here for so many days and just leave me hanging and I was very disappointed with how far off the quote was from the actual cost. I am happy with the final product, but I would not recommend them and will not be using them again.

We have a bathroom that needs remodeling. A site visit to get the information for an estimate was had. We were told to expect a quote in 2-3 weeks. A month passed and nothing. I called left multiple messages at the company and nothing. About 2 months after the initial site visit someone finally called me back and was told they are too busy for my project. Thus, while the office personal was nice I would never try to use them because of lack of communication.

We moved here from out of state and purchased property to have a family home built. I have reached out to this business several times to get a quote for a custom home build. I have seen their impressive work on Houzz and their website, and we are looking to build a custom luxury home in Galena Estates. Their receptionist was rude and short on the phone, we have plans ready to submit and I never received a call back. I went into their office location, which appeared to be vacant during regular business hours despite the website saying they're open. There was a woman smoking in her car in the parking lot and she said she worked there. I asked to speak with someone and she said she was on her break for another hour. The impression of Kirby online was not matched with what I experienced walking into their office, and we decided to move forward with another contractor.
