Best Contractor I know in town! Definitely recommend this company!

Kip, Nico, Malosi & Damian took AMAZING care of us. The quality of work they did throughout the house is bar none! We had a bit of drama in the midst of our work. The guys were fantastic and worked with us completely! We actually have another job pending with them too, we liked them so much.

Great experience overall from start to finish. Extremely responsive, fair pricing, competent workers (that showed up for a full day, every day, even snow days!), quality work, no change orders, and completed our project on schedule. If you don’t have a great contractor that you trust, contact Kip Walker. Kip and his team know their stuff and do things the right way. He’s a guy that can responsibly take care of your house construction and most construction projects.

Looking for chaos? You’ll love the “he said, she said” games you’ll play with this crew. Kip, the owner, is your guy if you want someone to shrug and say “you get what you paid for” after sending unprofessional workers he never supervised.

Bonus round: one of their employees made a side deal with my neighbor, threw their trash into my yard, and never came back to finish the job.

This is just a pissy Yelp review, not a formal BBB complaint, because I was leaving the state and Kip was quick to remind me they’d slap a lien on my house if I pushed back.
