Alfie and Colten are our regular Pros. They are always thorough and do an amazing job! The office staff has been great as well. They've clearly answered any questions or concerns we might have in a timely manner.

Ilene is so thorough and also accommodating. She also likes my dog, always a good sign!

We’ve been using MaidPro for a couple of years now. It’s the first service we’ve stayed with for this long. Most others seem to start off with a bang but then the quality drops off. MaidPro has kept up the same great service and quality of work. Dee comes every time and does a fabulous job! And if there are new Pros on her crew she makes sure everyone does the same quality work. We are very pleased with MaidPro!

I inquired with multiple cleaning companies before settling on Maid Pro, ultimately what sold me was the initial conversation I had to book the services. All my questions were answered (I asked A LOT) and communication was prompt with the contract for monthly cleaning. I just had my first clean and I’m overall really happy with the service - there was one spot on the kitchen floor that was missed but they were meticulous with wiping down the cabinets that have never been done and straightening things all around the house. They used cloth booties on their shoes and were careful with the items I told them were delicate.

It’s my second time using Maid pro and I love it! I met the owner the first time and you can really tell he cares about his customers and providing excellent service. Carolyn is also really great! She’s friendly and does such a good job cleaning my home.

Maid Pro is reliable and their employees are thorough and friendly. Celina, especially, does an excellent job and is a hard worker. I’m in my late seventies with painful arthritis and I can always rely on Celina.

We signed up with MaidPro without having had any previous experience. (We were impressed by their website.) We were delighted with our initial service and look forward to a long relationship with a great company!

We've been using MaidPro's cleaning services for about a year and we love it! The value is good and we appreciate the help keeping the house clean, especially during this pandemic. We are getting ready to put our house on the market and I needed someone to come give it a good deep cleaning for pictures, etc. The ladies that came were on top of it all and worked their booties off non-stop! They were polite and courtious while doing it and we even had a few laughs. My house smelled so good after they left! I'm super excited to have them clean my home weekly until it's sold. I'm also excited to have them start coming to clean my new house once we have it. These guys are awesome! I'm very happy with the job they did!

Maid pro Reno is the best. They helped us in a pinch with cleaning our new home after we bought it so we could move in. The house was immaculate when they were done. The previous owner had a cat and we didn’t even notice. They also helped clean the rental we moved out of and the landlord was so happy with it. They gave us our deposit back the same day it looked so good. Greg and his team are amazing. I look forward to using them for years to come.

We’ve used maid pro for a few months now and are always thrilled with our clean.. Derek and Greg have always been super communicative and friendly and I’ve really enjoyed using their service. We love Maid Pro but I need to shout out Lorita who just did our clean and absolutely blew our minds. She went above and beyond and we were so thrilled when we got home. My boyfriend and I work A LOT and with a dog and a cat as well, we know our house gets crazy. Lorita, thank you so much.

Celina cleaned today and she did an amazing job!!! Celina really did such a detailed and thorough cleaning . Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Maidpro. They have been cleaning my place twice monthly for the past year and I’m completely addicted to waking up to a perfect house because of the awesome work they do. I work overnights so they literally clean my place perfectly while I’m asleep. 🤪☺️

Maid pro did a great job on our house. It was so nice coming home to a super clean house. Sky, our professional today, did a fantastic job. The little details such as stickers on the paper towels and toilet paper were a nice addition. Did well with our pets as well.

I had recently moved to the Reno/Tahoe area and called MaidPro to come and help me clean items that had been in storage for a long time, they came and did such an excellent job, I scheduled them to come back every two-weeks. Andrea is an absolute joy, she understands what needs to be done and goes above and beyond when she doesn't have too. She and her team are amazing and I can't recommend them enough. Awesome job Andrea and the Reno MaidPro team, so pleased with your service.

We had our first cleaning today with MaidPro and we couldn't be more pleased. Not only does our house look and smell wonderful but the attention to detail was impeccable. Our house had not had a deep clean in months and now you would never know it. Even our dog had his bed made and toy placed on the pillow! We can't wait for our next cleaning and are so happy with the service and of course our pros Heather and Celina.

I have been using a different cleaning company for years. I was happy with the work being done, but I needed to have a cleaning ASAP and they were not available to do the job in the time frame that I was looking for. I just googled cleaning companies and Maid Pro popped up and I called to check if they could get me in on a short notice, they came the next day and what set them apart from the other cleaning service was the manner of their employees, they were polite and I felt comfortable with them in my home. They did a great job on the cleaning! I was impressed that they called for a quality assurance check. Another member of the team came to inspect my home while the crew was still there to ensure that the job was done up to the standards put forward by the company. That showed that they really cared about the quality of their work. I am cancelling my reoccurring cleaning with the other cleaning services and hiring MaidPro to do my cleanings full time. Thank you on a job well done!

This is the first time I’ve used MaidPro and I am very happy! Iris and Angela showed up on time with pleasant personalities and ready to work. I have used other cleaning services before and have not been satisfied. I am BEYOND HAPPY with the service I received with Iris and Angela!
