Had legacy do a mini split install and let me say Spencer and Edward do excellent work and the Manager Red was a pleasure to work with as well! Start to finish transparency. I will definitely call Legacy air for all my future maintenance calls and projects!

Nate was very informative on our furnace and what our next steps should be. He spoke in clear terms so we could understand.

When our water heater started leaking the week before Christmas, we scheduled an appointment to have the team from Legacy Air come out so we could get a new water heater. I wanted a hybrid (heat pump) water heater and with an older home, I knew the switch from gas to electric could pose a challenge but the salesguy (Eric) was confident I could get what I wanted. He gave me a quote, we figured out financing and the appointment was scheduled to get it installed.
Yesterday four contractors showed up, plumber, electrician and two HVAC guys. Everyone was here by 8:30 and got to work. The electrician looked at my panel and I could feel the concern emitting from him so as he started trying to figure out where the HP Water heater would go, I let him know that I am in the Home Performance industry and was prepared for my panel size to be an issue. I could see the relief in his face, had I not had the known what I know, that could have been a very difficult conversation. Luckily the previous owners had a spa and had installed a dedicated breaker for the spa so they were able to tie into that and use that breaker. My panel is only a 100 amp panel and has now been maxed out with our newest addition! If I want to switch out any other gas systems with electric, I will need a new panel.
The team finished a little after 5pm and the water heater is working beautifully!
The guys were awesome!! All of them were professional, polite and really great throughout the whole day!

Justin Wells came to my home after I called Legacy the day before with a/c problems. He worked me in his schedule while he was in my neighborhood. He text me ahead of time and said he had a cancelation and came right over. He was very quick and very well trained. He came up with my problem in minutes and I was repaired within an hour of his arrival. it was a 96 degree day and I cannot tell you how happy my family and I were that the a/c was fixed and blowing cold air again. Great service wuth Steve Loff. He explained all the options for water heater replacement including natural gas water heater, electric water heater, and gas electric tankless water heater. The simplest one was the natural gas water heater and reasonable priced from Legacy Heating, Cooling, Plumbind & Electrical.

Grant is a very pleasant technician and took the time to listen and offer advise. I enjoyed his visit and look forward to the work he will do for us in the future. You have a good person in that employee.

Duane was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and what needed to be fixed. Had the nessisary parts in the truck, no ordering. Very good experience.

We received amazing service from Legacy Heating. This was a free estimate through Home Depot for a new HVAC system. Rich was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. Loved that we did not feel pressured into anything and communication was stellar. Technician was very well spoken, had a lot of experience and appeared well groomed.

Was referred to Legacy through Home Depot. From the initial estimate to the completed installation the service and communication provided was excellent. I would recommend using Legacy for any of the services that they provide.

Ok. Genuine 5 stars. The tech Zach was great. On time, professional and wore the little booties. Very pleasant. Knew his stuff and cleaned up after he was done. Pricing was on point and my system is in good shape. Ill use them for my tune ups and eventual replacement…hopefully in 5 years or more.

Scheduled during Home depot's labor day $29 HVAC tune up special. Grant came early in the service window, was professional and we did end up replacing the capacitor on the AC unit and installing a hard start kit. My AC unit was 10 years old so I believe the replacement was the correct thing to do and not just trying to upsell me. The hardstar kit might have been questionable in necessity, My limited research seemed that for the price it couldn't hurt to have it. He waved the tune-up fees and I felt it was a fair price for the job.

Excellent technician...explained everything in good detail. Came out within one day to diagnose my problem with the A/C and hopefully will be back tomorrow to replace my old units.

The technicians came out the next day and put in both new full HVAC systems.. They were at the house until 10PM trying to get it all done...but one unit didn't work properly. Mark came back early the next morning and spent most of the day figuring what was wrong. He did fix it and both systems work superbly.

There were some issues about availability of some add on items and I quickly got a call from the service manager apologizing and making sure I knew the company would do whatever was necessary to make sure I was satisfied.

I must say that Legacy has been superb so far in service and service availability. I have rarely said that about any company that I have dealt with over many years.

I called to have my furnace service for the year, and Zach was my technician. Came earlier than expected, which was nice And had good communication as to arrival time, etc. I definitely would recommend Legacy to everyone who needs this work done.

I was leaving Home Depot and was asked if id like a Tune Up Special from Legacy Air. I did and received great service and information. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, considerate in your home and professional.

Thank you Legacy for my new heating and cooling system. Ed and Spencer arrived on time and worked diligently to complete my job. They were able to fit me in a week earlier due to a cancellation. They were polite, great with my dogs, and so so clean. I can’t thank you enough and would highly recommend this company and team!

Grant explained what he did and tested and what impact each of his findings would have if repaired or not. I felt informed, educated, and not at all pressured to spend more than necessary today, while having future budget numbers. I highly recommend Grant and Legacy!
