Austin and Lance were great. Faulty heater igniter quit working but they got it working with minimal delay and inconvenience. Thanks again to Spencer and his team at Paramount for a job well done.

Our furnace died during the weekend of a heavy snowstorm. Paramount was our first and only call. They came out the very next morning and diagnosed the issue and came up with a plan. Spencer at Parmount is great. Really patient and helpful even during a historic storm with a million calls. I called around many other "highly rated" HVAC repair outfits to look at some issues I was having with two mini splits and most people answering the phone were gloried scheduling and dispatch folks that did not have any helpful advice. Spencer answered his own phone and was helpful from the minute I talked to him. Give him a ring!

Very professional and caring while discussing the financial impact of buying a new $4,000 furnace will have, but helped alleviate a lot of the worries and concerns we had by providing us with many different options that are available to finance and purchase. He also cared enough about our personal welfare by offering and providing us with space heaters to use in the meantime

My electric fireplace went out so I called Paramont and they sent Spencer out. Spencer was so great. He took a look at my fireplace. It was something that just needed a quick fix and he didn’t even charge me. I I will definitely remember Paramont whenever me or anyone I know needs help with heating or air conditioning

I called Paramount Heating to fix a broken furnace on a house I just purchased. The immediate problem was diagnosed as a burned out gas valve accuator, but it was further determined the valve had burned out because the controller was failing and not consistently sending the required voltage to turn the gas on. They ordered the parts and returned to fix it the next day, which was greatly appreciated because I was flying out later in the evening.

After getting a very high estimate from another HVAC company after our AC went down, Paramount came out within hours and fixed our AC for half the price. The technician was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will be using this company again for sure.

Our family has used Paramount Heating and Air for two major projects at our 22 year old home in East Sparks. The first was the water heater and of course you want that back quickly. Spencer was able to source a new unit and had it installed within 24 hours of our call. No upcharge at all for the rush request and a real professional job. We now use Paramount for our yearly service as well. Always on time and professional. The second project was our air conditioning unit. Come to find out that our old model was no longer available and availability of any new unit was very limited. Spencer had a special contact and was able to acquire a new air conditioner and we were back up within a couple days. I am not one for reviews unless it's a review of extremes; really good or really bad. This is a 5 Star review for exceptional professionalism, courtesy and quailty of work. Highly recommended.

I had reached out at 4am on a Sunday morning and received a response from Spencer approximately 2 hours later, he was at my house by 10am, diagnosed the problem and returned on Monday around 2pm to install the part for my furnace that he needed to order. Out of the 5 businesses that Yelp sent messages to, only Spencer responded that same day, and the others responded on Monday with a whole slew of charges even prior to knowing the problem. I, myself, work with the public, so Spencer is the kind of person who keeps my faith in the goodness in people. If you need service for heating, this is the company you should call, there wasn't ever a feeling that he was going to do anything unnecessary. I appreciate you Spencer !!!
