Michael was our tech for this past service. He was also our initial tech as well. I cannot praise his professionalism or customs service enough. From remembering my son and their interaction from that visit, to the conversation he had with my wife after this past service where he went over a mice control service that we could add. (I wonder if our queen mouse had another litter and he found them on his visit, but it'll be a service we will add since this little mouse is smarter than me). Theirs is a service we have been very happy with for the years we have had their help and visits.

Eric greeted me with great energy and smile, and listened to my requests. He was able to add a bait system to address an interim issue and provide a helpful suggestion to remedy the issue.

Jonathan was very professional and informative about what he was going to do. Asked questions about any issues that I thought we had around my property with pest control. Cleaned up spider webs and Sprayed. Quick and efficient. And made sure to close and lock up all the fence gates he went through.

Eric Madrigal was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing our concerns. He was very friendly and respectful of our property. I would recommend Eric to service our property again.

Found Spidexx at a Home Convention. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable. Prior yo the first service I received contact from Spidexx which let met know they were tracking my appointment and wanted to be sure I understood the service. When Michael came out to do the service he was professional, knowledgeable, and provided great service.

Cheyenne was great! She came out for an earlier than originally scheduled service to replenish the bait boxes and even put extra bait boxes in the garage to monitor mice activity. I really appreciated the quick response to my call and the extra steps she took to help with the increase in mice activity in the garage.

Very friendly and easy to talk to. Got a deal when I signed up which swayed my decision to give them a chance. Jonathan came and sprayed and also set up traps. He was timely and he sprayed the house and shed.

Eric just left our home, and I have to say how impressed I am with the knowledge and service he provided! He helped us with our wasp problems and how to prevent it from coming back! He was also super friendly, upbeat and easy to approach. Thanks for your help we appreciate it!

Eric was very thorough, walking my house and explaining to me what he saw. Eric also showed me areas of concern and areas that needed to be addressed to avoid future issues.

Corvil did a great job! I expressed concerns regarding needing extra attention to the perimeter of the house and he pulled everything from the wall and really made sure to saturate everything. Much needed this time of year as the ants and spiders are wanting in!

I contacted Spidexx to assist with a wasps nest in my backyard. I provided Jonathan Aguilar with instructions how to access the yard and the location of the nest. He removed the nest and left my backyard as if no one entered the area. This is my first time with this company and I am very impressed how quickly and professional they are. Highly recommend!

Eric let me know when he was coming and made sure it still worked for me. When he got here we discussed what he was going to be doing and what it looked like. Explained how it works and also how safe it is for kids and pets. He was very friendly paid attention to detail and asked if I had any additional questions and had no problem answering them. He also reminded me if I needed anything in the future to give him a call so they can come out and help. Would refer him to help my family and friends for sure!

Eric has provided our quarterly services a few times now and has always been super polite and courteous while here.
