Tommy was our technician, he was on time and very professional. We had a problem with that was located behind the wall that we thought would be very difficult to access but he found the leak and got to the bottom of it and we were very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Savage and son for any of your plumbing needs. We were so happy with their service we are going to have them come out and install a water heater. Many thanks especially to Tommy M.

Savage and Sons provided a competitive price and high quality work for our recent plumbing projects. I enjoyed working with all of their experts, from scheduling with Kathleen to shopping in their showroom to executing the project. I especially enjoyed working with Keith on the project execution. Keith is professional, efficient and extremely organized. Two minutes after he finished our job you wouldn’t even have known he was here because absolutely everything was cleaned up, working perfectly and sparkling new! I really enjoyed the entire process and each team member provided valuable information and excellent service for an enjoyable plumbing project experience.

We had a water main leak and our crawl space had water in it. Savage and sons had a plumber out that afternoon and was able to find the leak and have it repaired the same day! I cannot thanks Keith and Darian enough. They were so knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for fixing our plumbing needs. We are so grateful!!

This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had dealing with a big plumbing problem. My new house was installed with the latest Kohler shower thermostatic valve with integrated volume control system.
Keith, who specializes in Kohler products, is highly skilled and meticulous in repairing the problems that were caused by my local plumber who installed incorrectly.
This was the most painless experience I've ever had with a plumber who is so thoroughly and committed to fixing the problem.

Very nice service visit from Tommy M., a very courteous and obviously very qualified plumber, to repair our leaking shower valves. An example of how any company's service technicians should perform their jobs. Highly recommend Savage & Son for any plumbing concerns. And I would assume their HVAC techs are just as competent and courteous.

This service call was a home run. The plumber's name was Joey and it was clear from the beginning he knew what he was doing. He got right to work, efficiently finished the job and it was clean and well done. I would highly recommend him as a plumber as well as Savage and Son. The bill was reasonable and fair. The older I get, the more demanding I become of service providers in my home as my expectations increase. Savage and Son provides world class plumbing services. Absolutely first rate. Never seen anything like it. The high quality service started with Kathleen in Customer Service and continued on with Robert, who provided the onsite services in my home for five hours. He took care of the main project masterfully and then added a few other lesser items I requested, but were not originally scheduled. Happy from start to finish. Highly recommend Savage and Son.

Kathleen very efficiently dispatched a plumber as soon as possible and kept me updated on the plumber's arrival time. Robert arrived and quickly went to work, he had us back in business in no time. Robert checked with us to see if anything else needed done and recommended some future work due to the age of our house. Robert was pleasant, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. Robert left the workspace very clean! Savage and Son, again, met and exceeded every expectation. They are the best!

Keith came out to replace two hose bibs with a custom replacement brand we had purchased beforehand. The final cost was very reasonable, and Keith was able to overcome a few barriers that a previous company wasn’t sure how to handle. I highly recommend Savage and Son!

Keith did a customized job to retrofit/install a new sink and faucet in our guest bathroom. The work required both skill and artistry.
The result exceeds our expectations.

Robert did a great job. Even showed up early. We highly recommend Savage and Sons. New hot water heater!

February 19, 2025: Mikey called about 30 minutes before arrival. He descaled our tankless water heater. He was very conscientious in his work and left the job site cleaner than before he started working. Thank you for another positive service call Mikey and Savage and Sons.
January 21, 2024: Brandon H revived our Kohler bath with airjets after a nearby motor vehicle accident took out the utility pole causing a massive and destructive power surge to our home. He is the only Kohler certified technician in Reno. Cheers Brandon and Savage and Son

Savage and Sons is our go to plumbing company. They are always easy to work with and courteous. This time Robert fixed both toilet and sink problems in the same bathroom. He was both prompt and professional in figuring out the problem and completing the work. He explained what was needed and what he would do to make the fix. He provided information on how we could get warrantee coverage for the toilet. We will definitely call Savage and Sons again for any plumbing work we need to have done.

I have already reviewed the wonderful phone service and price so this is an update. Priced for the work was sight in line to the [hone estimate. Work was thorough and quality of the workmanship was excellent. The water heater is a Bradford White, a recognized as the top brand, which other more expensive company bragged about. Installation took exactly the time quoted and I am a extremely happy customer.

On 6/8/25 I called Savage and Son with a plugged sewer problem and got an appointment for 6/9/25 between 2:00-4:00.
On 6/9/25 at 12:30 I got a call from an employee from Savage and Son to let me know that he was on his way to my house.
After he arrived at my house he tried diligently to unplug the sewer line using different accesses and sizes of snakes but to no avail. In the end his equipment broke and he had to leave my house with the job undone.
I called the office to ask them what could be done now? The women that I spoke with asked if she could call me back. She called me back in about 15 min. and said she had another employee on his way from Incline.
He arrived at the house about 4:00,I asked if he knew what what’s had done and he said that he had spoken to the previous employee and the office and that he was confident that he could fix the problem.
He worked for about 2 hours and got my sewer unplugged!
Savage and Son completed the job on the same day even with the delays, I feel that Savage and Son went above and beyond to get my problem solved! THANK YOU, Savage and Son

Savage and Sons have been our plumbers for many years. Whenever we need service, Kathleen is just a phone call away. She does all she can to schedule prompt service every time. Today Robert showed up promptly to repair a clogged kitchen drain. He was professional, helpful and got the job done quickly.
What an amazing company. I would not use anyone else.

We just had Savage & Son Plumbing out to install a new bathroom faucet and advise us on a couple of other issues. As always, we were impressed with their professionalism and care. The City of Fernley called me about very high water usage at my rental. My State Farm Agent recommended Savage Plumbing. Called Savage and within 3 hours, pipe break was repaired and all was good. The cost was very reasonable.
