The whole process was smooth. Their customer service was excellent and the installer was so informative and helpful with questions I had. Definitely recommend and will hire again when we need our oven installed.

Had to have my dishwasher replaced and they were so fast and efficient! Super friendly and let me know every step of the way what was going on. The instillation was quick and easy. I highly recommend!!

My dryer stopped working this last week, I feel so lucky to have heard about them because they were there the next day to fix my dryer and made it so easy! They explained the process and was fixed within an hour. They saved me from having to buy a new dryer!

I bought a new convection/microwave wall oven and contemplated trying to install it myself. Fortunately I opted to have McMillon install it instead. They were quick and efficient and did the setup and provided lots of useful info on using the oven. I highly recommend them!

The McMillon staff were professional, knowledgeable and helpful in navigating and installing a speciality refrigerator. They all went above and beyond. Having appliances installed is not fun, but they made the experience satisfactory.

Had our Miele dishwasher installed today - super nice guys, really fun to talk to. I appreciated how precise Damian was with leveling everything and showing me some of the basics of the dishwasher. I definitely won’t be asking any other company to install appliances in the future. Kim schedules everything and she’s super sweet too. It might take a week or two to get scheduled, but it’s worth the short wait. Highly recommend!
