We just purchase a Subaru Solterra, & needed an EV charger soon. Ben came over almost immediately, & we discussed a location for the charger (Ben came up with a great idea = between the 2 garage doors), & we analyzed the path from the electrical panel to the the EV charger location. He then slide us in on a Sat. morning, & did super clean work on installing our EV charger. I been working with contractors building houses for many years, & I'm conservative on recommending contractors; however, Ben is super nice person & does great work at a fair price.

My friend and coworker referred me to Ben at New Phase Electric for installation of 2 ceiling fans. Ben quoted me a fair, flat price for installation of each ceiling fan, which I agreed to. He arrived at our agreed upon time, had a very pleasant demeanor, wore booties over his shoes inside my house, draped plastic beneath the ceiling fans to capture any/all debris that fell during installation, and confirmed they were operational after installation. I had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any/all those in need of an electrician.

The installation of our new home EV Charger was fast, easy and very fairly priced. We were able to schedule an appointment within a week to get it installed which was also fantastic! We appreciated his great communication throughout the process and will be sure to recommend him to anyone else looking for this service as well.

I noticed a New Phase Electric van while driving and decided to take down the contact info. I gave them a call and left a voice mail, Ben promptly called me back. He was friendly and professional, asked about the type of service I needed and my location, and mentioned he happened to be in my area and offered to stop and take a look.
When Ben arrived, he was courteous and professional. He assessed the job quickly and thoroughly, gave me a very reasonable quote, and even had a time to complete the work right then and there. The whole job took about an hour, just as he estimated.Im extremely please with his expertise, efficiently, and professionalism. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We were having several electrical issues in our newer 2020 home since it was built. With our home warranty being expired it was time to hire someone to make repair ourselves. This time it was our washing machine setting off the breaker. It was getting more and more frequent. This time I reset it only for it to trip again. I called this morning at almost 10am on 3/10/2025. Ben arrived expediently by 1pm and it was fixed in no time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and cordial. His service was also top notch which we appreciated.
We will definitely use his services again and refer him to friends and/or family; just as we referred to him by ours. Thank you Ben for coming out and helping us!

I am so pleased we found New Phase for the installation of a 240V, 50A circuit for our EV charger. Their quote was far less than several other electricians and they were available on a shorter timeline. Their installation was excellent, they arrived at the appointed time and did not leave behind a mess. I strongly recommend and endorse their work.

This was the best experience you could ask for when getting EV charging outlets installed. Getting a quote was simple and we made a change to the project. Then scheduled for a few days later and work was done in a few hours. We would recommend New Phase Electric to anyone.

New Phase Electric installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage so I could charge my Tesla Model 3 with the Tesla Mobile Connector at peak output. I got a live person on the phone in 2 rings, an appointment set in 3 mins and Ben arrived to 2 days later with a compelling estimate. Install was just over an hour, looks and works perfectly! Ben’s quality of work is second to none and his advice on installation made it easy to expand my home charging goals in the future!

I reached out initially via Yelp and they were quick to respond! We setup a date and time for a quote and ended up completing the install of our Tesla wall charger the same day. Ben was great! He clearly loves what he does and that comes through in the finished product. I would highly recommend! None of the other electricians I spoke with seemed as confident as Ben when it came to the wall charger install process. Confidence goes a long way! We really appreciate everything!!
