Don built our Patio cover and did an excellent job, what is even better is he stands behind his product.

I had an Alumawood patio cover installed for my new home. Don Weaver is the owner of Zion Builders. Convenient: it was easy to contact him and schedule and estimate. He had an impressive portfolio of his prior constructions. Transparent: the contract was clear and easy to understand. Affordable: the price was reasonable and actually better than another company I also inquired with. Full service: Zion Builders does all the hassle of communicating with your HOA and governing bodies to obtain necessary permits. Informed: communication was excellent and I was always kept up-to-date via email, text, phone call, and voicemail. Quality: I appreciate having the final inspection to identify and fix any concerns. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and am highly satisfied with my new patio. I would recommend Zion Builders and consider them again in the future for future projects!

Zion Builders replaced an existing deck that had deteriorated beyond repair. Don Weaver, the owner, quoted a fair price, and his team were able to quickly get to work on it. Don and his foreman, Matt, were fantastic to work with. Steve and Jeff, the construction crew, were fast and thorough. They were professional and on time every day, keeping us updated with what they were doing during the building process. They removed the old deck in a matter of hours and began construction the same day. They built the deck exactly to plan and it turned out beautifully. They even touched up the house paint where needed. Zion went above and beyond our expectations. When they were done, they cleaned up so well it looked like they were never there. We highly recommend Don and the entire Zion Team.

Zion Builders, Inc. is a very reparable builder and contractor. Don Weaver is very professional and thorough in his work. I found him on Home Depot's ProReferral service as a carpenter/framer. Don framed and finished an A/C sleeve that was just installed in an exterior wall. His prices are fair and he does top notch work as you can see from the attached picture. He is dependable and reliable and can be counted on to get the job done. I highly recommend Don and his company as a licensed Nevada contractor.

It was a pleasure having Zion Builders complete the pergola in our backyard. It really ties everything together with the landscaping we had done.
We received multiple quotes for the pergola and Don and his team had a great price and we had seen his teams work before. Besides the great cost his team was also the only one that did not need to add 2 additional posts to extend over 16 feet from the house. He ensured all the permitting was completed and signed off by the city. End result is an amazing shade structure that completed our backyard at a great price. Would highly recommend him and his team. -
Had a relatively large aluminum patio cover installed onto an existing pad. The project had a handful of hiccups but the cover is completed and the price was very competitive. The contractor and his team are very polite and down to earth people. The project did require my involvement and inspection at times, and I wish they would take payment in the form of credit card, as checks are a hassle these days.
Thanks Zion! -
I have tried working with DAWN to get a quotation and do a job. he was straight forward and said he is not the guy to do this job.
I was open to get quotations and start the project with him, super rude costumer service and horrible at communication. -
I hired Zion builders to replace 3 decks with approximately 4,000 square feet combined. We had a signed contract and the plans were being put together by their engineer. In June of 2018, the owner of Zion builders Don Weaver, showed up at my house along with his wife and without the project manager I had been working with. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a possible different payment schedule. Don’s wife immediately stated that they felt this contract was invalid. They explained that this job was a large job and wanted more money upfront. I stated that I understood that it was a large job and would like their purposed payment schedule laid out in writing. Don stated that he no longer thought that he was comfortable with this job and would like to tear up the contract. Don’s wife handed me a check for the amount of my deposit as a refund. Don stated that he wanted my copy of the contract and I refused and held my copy in my hand. Don’s wife immediately swiped at my hand for the copy, she missed the contract and scratched my arm. I instructed them to leave my property or I would call the police. They both started yelling and demanding my copy of the contract. I dialed 911 and said I would press call if they didn’t immediately leave my property. They both got in their truck and peeled out of my driveway, disturbing my gravel driveway. A police report, Nevada Contractors board complaint and BBB complaint have all been made.
