When we moved to Reno back in 2017, I researched many companies and decided to go with Progressive Pest.
I found through Yelp and we have been customers ever since!

Daniel Hernandez came out to spray my house for wasps today and did a fantastic job! He let me know exactly what he would be doing and made sure to spray every inch of the problem areas and the foundation. Daniel was very polite, professional and courteous and spent time to answered all of my questions. I work for a property management company and we currently use a different pest control company but after seeing Daniel's work ethic, his attention to detail and the way he promoted your company I would like to have you out to my property and submit a proposal.

Everyone I dealt with, from the office to the field, was very nice. They came when they said they would and sprayed the white-top on my property. When, a few weeks later I saw that they had missed some spots, they immediately scheduled me again and came back out to finished the job. Great to work with!

I needed weed control in Carson City ASAP to keep me out of trouble with my neighbors, the city, Sheriff Furlong, and who knows who else! Will Card responded **promptly** and said the weeds would start turning yellow in a week. It's Day 8 and they are plenty yellow. I look forward to using

We've been using Progressive Pest for approximately three years now. They show up on time. Send me a text to remind us of our appointment and show up on time. Their techs are great, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, love the fact that they have friendly staff to answer their phone so I don't have to leave message and play telephone tag.

Brian is careful, thoughtful and efficient. He listens, asks the right questions and takes care of business. He adjusts to the current needs with a smile and can do attitude.

I have appreciated Progressive Pest for several years. They are dependable, friendly, on time and most importantly EFFECTIVE! I don’t do bugs! I would give up a lot of other necessities (yes, I consider them a necessity!) before giving up their service. And because they are so reasonable, I will never need to!

Progressive Pest Managment has done an excellent job for me for several years. We had a problem with bugs when we purchased our home. Spiders mostly.
We contacted them, and have had no pest problems since.
They work with you on dates, and times, the front office is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, coupled with the fact that we have no more insects bothering us, make for a great working relationship.
I would like to also thank Conner for another excellent job, the last time. Great work as usual. Being their customer is like being part of a family, they take care of you.

Progressive Pest Management was lovely to work with. General inquiries and scheduling over the phone was easy. They explained their process and were pleasant & patient throughout the call. Pricing seemed very fair / good value compared to other places. The technician who came out was professional and courteous. He sprayed the interior (even had booties on) and exterior for bugs, and set up some bait stations for mice. Would recommend and use their service again.

We have been using Progressive exclusively since moving to Reno. We have found them to be an extremely reliable company. They are always on time and all their employees do a very thorough job. Our latest technician, Will, did a fabulous job. He listened to our concerns and took care of all our issues.

Progressive Pest Company is great and I would definitely recommend.
In the past, when I first was calling different companies, Progressive was the ONLY company that quoted me a very reasonable price to come out one time for the problem I was having. They did not (like other's) try to have me agree to a yearly contract. I have used them every year, one time...perfect job. Once, we had some new "bugs" appear a few weeks after their treatment and Progressive came right back out and sprayed with no charge.

Their scheduler is wonderful and the technicians that come out are very nice and very careful around your property. Great company!!

I have used many Pest Companies in The Bay Area and here in Nevada. Progressive is hands down the best. I just went through a difficult transaction. They went above and beyond every step of the way!
