The service and attention to detail that we received from Tom and SN Heating went far beyond our expectations. He provided both expert advice and repair, at very reasonable pricing. He also took the time to answer all our questions. We could not be more pleased. We are customers for the long haul! Thx!

Our furnace started to fail on Friday night at 9PM and Tom from SN Heating & Cooling can out right away. We had to replace the furnace and Tom got the job done in one day. The new furnace is amazing and the house never felt warmer. We had a great experience!

Tom is awesome - super easy to work with, fair, courteous, and knowledgeable. He came out 7:30PM on a Sunday night and fixed the problem with the burner on our furnace in less than an hour, using parts he already had on the truck with him. Exactly the type of experience you want to have working with someone for the first time. A+

Tom was the only heating repair person who was able to get out to my mom’s place in sub zero weather to get her back up and running. Having home stay in touch with me throughout the process while I was halfway across the country was invaluable. I can not recommend him enough.
