Great service. Making an appointment was easy, they confirm appointments and contact you when service rep is on their way. Technician was professional and friendly. Explained why repair was needed and how they were going to repair it.

I purchased my heating and air conditioning systems through Ethical Home Pro and also a whole house water filtration system. I pay for the yearly maintenance and have for about 8 years. They are awesome to work with and very responsive if an issue occurs. I usually see Kyle and he is very nice and takes the time to explain things to me

I have used ethical home pro for service of my boiler system after they installed a brand new system for my home. They came over with about three or four different choices to choose from that will accommodate hitting my home. There was no pressure on what to buy. I picked what I wanted so he thought this was the best for the house.. Amazing experience with Mike, Billy, and the entire Ethical Home Pro team. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my home and I were safe during a winter CO leak, handling my combi installation with professionalism and care every step of the way.

We had to replace our boiler recently and called Mike to give a price. They had previously installed a mini split and it went smoothly and neatly. They got us on the schedule quickly, the install went very well. The techs were knowledgeable, neat and organized. Excellent communication. I would highly recommend.
