Tech showed up on time and quickly resolved the issue. The repair was done and no mess left behind. Would use again.

In case LG or another TV manufacturer recommends this place, they confirmed to me today they "no longer work on TVs" -- even though TVs are all over their website. They did respond to my inquiry within 8 business hours as they advertised though, so I guess that's a plus.

This place is a joke. They set up appointments two different days and never showed up either day. Worst part is they didn't even call to say they weren't coming. Had to take two days off for absolutely nothing.

THIS COMPANY WILL NOT EVEN CALL YOU BACK. LG CALLED ON MY BEHALF AND WAS TREATED VERY RUDE AND LG IS FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. THEY WILL NOT CALL ANYONE BACK. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Do not use this company!
Very rude owner/technician. He refused to do the small job he was hired to do and told us to do it ourselves b/c it was too small for him. He openly offended and berated us and then just left. Worst experience ever.
