I was recently introduced to Patrick & his team to look at the installation of HVAC systems in an ongoing new construction project. We've been working with him now for just under two months, and we couldn't be happier. He's quickly proven to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.
He and his techs are also adept at hunting down and diagnosing complex problems in existing systems, and offering detailed explanations (in plain English) of both the problem, and their proposed solutions.

We recently had a failing furnace that was 13 years old. They came out very quickly and identified the issue(s) and presented us several options. Given the age of the unit, we decided to do a full replacement. They ordered a new unit and got us scheduled extremely fast which was great because it was already getting cold outside. Their team was very professional, competent and friendly. The price was reasonable and competitive - a fair price. Service and attention to detail was excellent.
