Brian David is the one to call for any and all of your plumbing needs. We recently finished building our in-law apartment, and Brian handled everything from installing the heating system, air conditioning, hot water tank, running all the ductwork and pipes, to installing all the kitchen/bath fixtures. He even did a couple a smaller side jobs for us along the way, always with helpful advice and a smile on his face. Brian is fair, honest, on time, and takes pride in his work. We highly recommend David Plumbing and Heating!

The whole house sediment filter housing for my well water failed due to age (30+ yrs old) and the water pressure in our house was extremely low. I texted Brian on his cell phone on a Monday morning and he arrived at my house within the hour to diagnose the problem. He then went to grab the new parts necessary to complete the repair, came back, and within 3 hrs of me first contacting him he had a new whole house sediment filter housing and 3 new inline ball valves installed. This isn't the first time that Brian David has responded to my home in amazingly quick time to resolve a problem for me. He's prompt, professional, and does quality work. I highly recommend him.

we have used Brian and his wife for the past couple years with all of our properties. We own five properties and they have done amazing job coming when they plan to and even coming for emergencies when we needed them we have built a great Relationship with them. we highly recommend them.

We had no hot water and when I went downstairs to investigate, discovered that our water heater was leaking. I reached out to David Heating & Cooling. We had not used them before, but they were the ones who had installed the unit prior to us owning the home and their contact info was on the unit. Their office was closed but the person who answered the emergency line helped me to troubleshoot my issue. It was exactly what I needed to get running again. He then said I could contact the company we use to maintain our boiler to follow-up. David Heating & Cooling could've easily have come out, charged us for an emergency visit (it was a Saturday afternoon) and bill us a pretty penny for their services but they didn't. That's a great company. Thank you.

During the 2023 polar vortex, at 1AM of course, our plumbing pipe burst sending water along the walls down 2 flights. Luckily we were home and cut the main water off but needed a plumber first thing in the morning on a Sunday. We were striking out. No calls back. Voicemails upon voicemails to several companies and local plumbers. We were fairly new to the home and area and did not establish any plumbing service with anyone. Some companies were only responding to established customers first. We found several people on social media (FB) had recommended David’s Plumbing on local community pages. We gave it a try. He picked up but you can tell he was moving from job site to job site. He squeezed in a visit to our home that same day in the early afternoon. The pipe ran along a very poorly insulated and tight crawl space. In about an hour, the pipe was repaired. He released the air and pressure from the entire system. He examined the basement and the system. He tested and ensured all worked properly. David was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed up in his company vehicle with everything needed to complete the job on site. We found his rate to be extremely reasonable given the repair, the location of the burst-pipe, and the same-day service call. We highly recommend David Plumbing and will be using him moving forward for all our plumbing needs. He is fully licensed and certified.

Brian David was here within 20 min of my stat call, and out of my home with a reliable fix in less than 10 min!

For context, I drilled a hole in a pipe mounting an indoor jungle gym to my wall and subsequently had to shut water off to my entire home.

They were prompt, personable, and extremely professional!

Our water heater "died suddenly" so we tried calling David p&h for help. They were there the same day, the price was the best we could find, and they were wrapped up and finished in about 4 hours after we first called. They were fantastic.

Our furnace has been acting like an insolent toddler which is pretty on-brand when you upgrade the infrastructure in an 1800s house. We’ve just accepted that things will break when they feel like it. Thankfully, David’s Plumbing and Heating is right up the road.

They came out immediately last week, figured out the motor was the culprit, ordered the part, and as soon as it came in today they shifted their schedule to get back here and install it. No fuss, no drama, just super straightforward and helpful.

They’re fast, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. Even if you’re not as close as we are, they’re absolutely worth calling. Good people doing solid work.
