Quality Landscaping has been outstanding to work with. They’re always the first ones on site and the hardest working crew out there. Communication is excellent—clear, honest, and transparent every step of the way. The team is friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and top-quality landscaping.

We needed to run a gas line to a new pool heater, So we reached out to Quality Landscaping to help with this install. They prepped the ditch so we could run the gas line and after it was inspected they backfilled and seeded the work affected area. Communicated very well and job came out better than expected.

I had a well put in my driveway and needed a gravel driveway as soon as it was finished before the snow and rain would start this winter because I would have had a mud bowl going on here. They responded right away and did a phenomenal job in 24 hours! Everyone involved were very knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend Quality Landscaping!

Jacob and his team do fantastic work. They started early and worked all day clearing my embankment of bittersweet and undergrowth giving me great views of Black Brook. They created steps using stones leading down too which enhances access even more. Then they leveled and created a solid pad for my son’s trampoline. His quote was fair, the work was impeccable and the crew were the nicest guys you could meet. Highly recommend Quality Landscaping. They’ve always treated me right and left my property looking even better than when they arrived.

I originally hired Quality Landscaping to do a fall cleanup, land regrading, and edging of my garden beds in fall 2025. When they did the fall cleanup, their staff blew leaves all into my koi pond, which ended up causing a lot of issues because the pond had already been winterized. Come Spring 2026, I reported the land regrading washed away on 3/18/26. I had to double text to get a response. I was told it was passed along to operations after I sent pictures. 4/10, 4/13, and 4/17 I texted about a spring cleanup and the land regrading issue. It took 3x to get a response and I was told I had to call the owner before anything could be scheduled. I called the owner and he seemed confused as to why I was told to call him and he was never notified about the land regrading issue at all that I reported on 3/18/26. He asked me for pictures again, which I sent. He also asked me what my "goal" was with the land regrading, which was odd to me. I just needed to not have gaps under my fence where my dogs could get out. My goal was for the land to not wash away. I texted the owner 3+ times over a week or more after he promised me he would get me a spring cleanup quote and come fix the land regrading issue. He left me on read every time. I then reached out to the front desk again who told me he wasn't intentionally ignoring me and he'd be in touch within 2 days. Never heard from them. Texted again and stated at this point I've been waiting since 3/18/26 with no resolution and it is May. I received no answer. They had promised me when I hired them in 2025 that the land regrading would hold as I already had someone else do it and wash away. I would not recommend them. They are impossible to reach, disorganized, and don't stand by their work.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience.

I hired this company for a landscaping project and invested over $50,000, expecting a professional and durable result. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite.

Shortly after completion, the work began to fail. There are serious issues with erosion control soil, gravel, and debris are washing out and overwhelming the silt fence, which has already collapsed in sections. This has caused material to flow into drainage areas and culverts, creating a situation that does not meet town inspection requirements.
This is not a minor issue as it reflects poor workmanship and lack of proper planning for drainage and stabilization. When I reached out, instead of taking responsibility, I was told this was not their fault , instead it's act of nature.
For a project of this size and cost, I expected accountability and quality. Instead, I am now dealing with additional costs, delays, and stress to correct something that should have been done properly the first time.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before hiring this company.
