John at Temp by Design, LLC was great! He came to help in an emergency when nobody else would and was professional, thorough ,and tenacious in working towards getting the heat back on. Would absolutely use again.

Amazing customer service! Furnace failure in our house and John was here in a matter of hours and quickly took care of the problem. Highly recommend him.

John made a last minute call to my house due to not having heat and he was so incredibly helpful. He explained the entire problem the various solutions and don’t try to sell us on a quick fix! He even referred us to someone who could help us when he found the job to be outside of his scope! I will absolutely be calling John again in the future should I have any heating/cooling issues. Also my dog and baby loved him and if that doesn’t tell you something I don’t know what does!
