Ryan was very friendly, helpful and very professional. He is very knowledgeable about the product and made me feel very comfortable regarding the whole process and options the company provides. I selected the Hardie siding in Mountain Sage with white trim. Thank you Ryan

Ron, our salesman was great as was the entire team when it came to communication. Communication before, during and after the job was completed was extraordinary. They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we were happy after the project was completed. The quality of the work was excellent and the price fair. The only downside was that the installation construction crew were all Spanish speaking and only the crew leader spoke a very tiny amount of Spanish. I had to use Google translator several times to get my point across. That’s said they did a great job and cleaned up immaculately. Our garage roof looks great and I would highly recommend them.

Rich was honest and did a phenomenal job on the presentation and finance. Looking forward to getting my ice dams addressed as well.

Great crew came in and changed out 9 windows in 4 hours. Very considerate of cleaning up the area you wouldn't even know that they had been here. Matt was on sight and made sure all went well

We hired Capital Construction for a complete residing of our historic farm house. The scope included the removal of the old cedar siding, necessary sheathing repairs, building wrap and the installation of James Hardie Fiber Cement Planks and new trim work.
From the initial consultation with Capital Construction, the communication was clear and transparent. They provided a detailed, fixed-price quote with no hidden fees and clearly explained the materials, timeline, and warranty.
The installation crew was incredibly meticulous. The quality of the finished product is flawless—the seams are clean, the caulking is neat, and the details around the windows and doors are precise. What impressed me the most was their attention to what you can't see: they took the time to properly install the weather barrier and trim, ensuring a long-lasting, watertight envelope for our home.
We couldn't be happier with the results. Capital Construction has completely transformed the look and value of our home. We highly recommend them for any siding project, especially if you are looking for high-quality work and a professional, trustworthy team.

After many delays for weather, the crew arrived on a sunny but windy day. The four man crew worked very fast to strip the old roof and get the new one one. What was initially expected to be a 2 or 3 day job was done in one day. The roof looks good and so far no leaks (haven't had any real rain since, just a bit of snow). The large pieces of the old roofing were picked up and the pallets were gone. I picked up several dozen nails from my driveway and after seeing the number of nails on the lawn I ended up purchasing a magnetic sweeper and picked up several hundred nails, some staple sticks and a beer bottle cap. I also cleaned up several cigarette buts from the lawn and driveway.
I recently noticed nails coming through my porch ceiling. The wrong nails were used.

Honestly, some of the people have been great. But wasn't a fan of the project Manager Matt. He was kind of arrogant. We had to reach out on multiple occasions and to get things corrected. Something a project manager should be able to see himself without customers having to point it out. On another note we have been trying to get this gap fixed for weeks and have tried contracting the project manager and have not got a response. We reached out to I believe the salesman Gerome and he has not been able to get any response from the project manager. It is getting a bit frustrating as our siding has been done for a few months now. If the communication and consistency were there I would've rated better. I want to note that Gerome has been amazing, but he can only get so far.

So finished siding came out looking good that’s why they get two stars and not one . My two star rating is due to the project manager Matt. If you get him ask for a new one. He literally did nothing to help the job progress. He was barely ever on site and has no control over the crews the runs. Crew would not show up on days that he said they would and when he said they would not be here on Christmas Eve we got woken up early with the crew being here. During final walkthrough he told the crew to stay for it and they left. He had to call them back. We also had two tires with nails it it and did give money back but only for the tires didn’t pay for alignment that was needed when installing new tires on a truck. Upper management even told me they would clean up before they started as there was a snow storm coming in and nope didn’t clean up. I understand delays due to weather but this project got delayed due to crew being a no show on some days and needing to get more siding. They also damaged the driveway with the dumpster and areas cracked around where they placed the siding on the driveway. Matt dismissed it when I pointed out the driveway and walkway in front of the house sunk down as well.

I have done all the wrong clean up so far. Probably got over 300 nails myself. Even found nails up in the road which is how we had three nails in the tires. Was told by Matt the crew would be here on Friday or Saturday March 28 or 29 2026 and they did not show up to clean up the yard as I was promised or to put in the new down spouts for the gutters.
Run far away from this company and if you use them get a good project manager as Matt sucks. I don’t even know what he does besides drive around to sites and stands around doing nothing at the site. They also wanted I’ve 100,000 for a new deck. Absurd pricing. Only did siding due to prices.
