Fantastic service. Carlos was excellent with great communication. We spoke in detail every step of the way. He genuinely cared and wanted to ensure that my underground blocked run off pipe was fixed, charging a little as possible. Above and beyond service. Highly recommended.

Carlos was an honest and truly amazing person. He was called because we had water in the basement. When he arrived I was already deep not the gutter drain trying to unclog it. Rather than charging me $400, he just made a great suggestion to use a Cobra bladder, $23.00, and saved us hundreds of dollars. His honesty and willingness to help was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Carlos, the owner, is my hero. My house had a horrific clog which prevented us from running any water on our main floor. Another plumbing company tried to remove the clog, but failed. Carlos, and his partner Fred, really impressed me from the start with all the questions they were asking and how they were assessing the plumbing layout of my house. It took them 5 hours to clear the clog, but they never gave up. They truly did everything in their power to help me and saw them really put tremendous effort despite having a very difficult time. I've dealt with several plumbing companies over the years, and I can honestly say that Drain Jetters R US is the best out there. Their pricing is also quite fair considering the insane amount of effort they have to put. They were also very professional by laying tarps around the house to keep it clean. They truly went above and beyond and for that, they will always have my appreciation and will be a loyal customer for life.

Carlos and his team did a great job in taking great care with my issue. I was really nervous about this situation and Carlos and his team was very patient and answered all of my concerns. The job was completed in one day. They took care inside my home to be very clean. Outside, everything was put back in place. I was very satisfied with Drain Jetters and have no problem recommending them.

Pleased to share that this institution was punctual, polite, professional and respectful. They were comprehensive when performing diagnostics, draped the floors, and provided real time & transparent feedback. They acted with integrity and provided transparent options that were value and performance driven. Illustrated flexibility and responsiveness as the situation evolved. Corrected the tree root issue and offered customized preventive measures and best practices.

Finding Drain Jetters, Carlos, and the guys by chance was an absolute blessing!! In the middle of another problem that another company had sent multiple “departments” for over a week to try and diagnose we had a basement flood and I wanted fresh eyes on that problem. Carlos got the crew here within hours and after we worked through possible scenarios for the basement they then got to work diagnosing our mystery issue. By the end of the day we had a diagnosis, a plan, and a reasonable estimate. Carlos stayed in touch, spoke with our insurance, talked me off a few ledges, and made the whole process leading up to the work painless. Fast forward to the day of the work - the guys figured out that we had more of a situation than previously thought but there was zero concern on their part and therefore mine (peace of mind is huge in the middle of house drama) that they would get it worked out and fixed. While they were replacing lines and a previously not known about dry well they continued to work through the basement flooding - tracing, camera-ing, and jetting our sump pump and downspout lines - ending up doing way more than any of us thought would be needed! I can’t imagine using another company - the expense and headache that Drain Jetters saved us was immeasurable. The crew was a joy to have at our house - they went above and beyond to make sure that things we didn’t even discuss were handled. I think the icing on the cake were the water alarms Carlos gifted us after finishing up - he knew that we’ve had a few weeks of sleepless nights and more rain on the way - and even though (fingers crossed) the problem is solved we can now actually sleep and not be up checking the basement. We’ve been lucky to find 1 or 2 contractors in all our years of owning homes in NJ that we trust and will recommend and we can absolutely add Drain Jetters to that short list!! Can’t thank them enough!

Exceptional work by an exceptional team! I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Carlos 1, Carlos 2, and Fred for their outstanding performance in addressing the exterior drain issue. Their prompt response to my call regarding a drain backup problem was commendable. They swiftly implemented a temporary solution to divert water until they could return to complete the job, which they did just a few days later.

Their work encompassed digging a new trench, installing durable piping complete with a cleanout, and ensuring the maintenance and servicing of the sump pump and pit. Their dedication and professionalism truly deserve a 5-star rating. Thank you once again for the stellar service!

Carlos and Fred were amazing. In a time where it’s so difficult to find quality work or even people to call you back - Carlos from Drain Jetters was amazing at communication. Followed up promptly. Took his time talking thru what was happening and provided options. He was available on short notice and pricing was way better than the other places I reached out to. We used the high resolution sewer camera service to find out what was happening with constant backups and we learned more than we expected to. Gladly recommend to others and will be using his services moving forward. Definitely a local find to keep in your emergency list should a problem pop up.

Carlos was very responsive to my plumbing inquiries and really listened to my concerns offering many options but also level setting which helped me understand worse case scenarios so that I would not be caught off guard with unexpected costs. Eric was great! Really nice and did a great job! He was very friendly and did not rush the job. He also triple checked his work ensuring there were no leaks. Overall, a great job! Carlos and Eric are great and will become our go-to plumbers moving forward!!

Service was great! Two gentlemen came and cleared my outside drain and determined the cause of the problem (able to show me the issue). They provided a temporarily solution and provided several alternatives to longer term solutions. They took videos and will be talking to owner about best solutions.

We were so happy with them for our clog, so when we realized our style home had NO SEWER CLEAN OUT access pipe. The only way they could address vlogs was to do it from roof pipe. That would be dangerous in snow or ice times. We spoke with Carlos if they can give us one AND THEY DID!
They dug outside and provided 2 access points. This was a great decision for a "just in case" situation that we pray we will never need.
