The service was exceptionally prompt. The office staff were very helpful trying to solve the problem remotely. The repairman was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem, which was a subtle one. He ordered the part needed. I am very happy with the service.

Angelo and ThermoCool are the gold standard for HVAC needs. He was able to accommodate an emergency AC issue and was very responsive. He arrived on time, with text reminders sent for arrival time. He was very thorough, professional, clean, educational and friendly. Pricing is very fair. We will definitely use ThermoCool for all our HVAC needs and would strongly recommend!

Technician Dylan was extremely friendly and professional. He arrived early in our appointment window, which was nice, and he was thorough and efficient.

Dylan and Walter did a quick fix for a furnace door switch. Learned something new to look out for. And Kelly in the office was terrific in getting someone out here before the day was done! Thanks to all.

----->I have waited a year to post this because we had a new system installed and I wanted to see if there were any issues before just reviewing these guys based on charisma (5/5)....

We bought an old house and had the HVAC system removed and a Mitsubishi Mini Split system installed.
Chuck explained everything and answered any question that we came up with, took photos of us pointing to where we wanted the units to go so that there were no miscommunications, and facilitated a speedy overhaul.
The units work exactly as described, there have been no surprises, and would recommend the changeover AND ThermoCool to anyone who will listen.

PS- It's getting cold now, and I really like being able to control how warm each room gets. I can crank up the bathroom before I take a shower, and immediately feel the warmth.... and leave the spare bedroom on low. Such an excellent system. No regrets.

When we called to make an appointment Jen was very helpful with coordinating a date for us quickly. She was very responsive to our urgent necessity and scheduled Bob to come see us the next day. Bob was able to assess our problems and report back the next day with the proper piece to fix our heater. Thank you so much!!!

I've used ThermoCool twice now within the last year for HVAC and AC. It was a pleasant experience each time - from getting the service appointment scheduled to the contractor coming out and providing the requested service.

Both Angelo and Bob were very professional, honest, and pleasant. I appreciated the repairs they performed on my HVAC system last November. Angelo told me about the maintenance contract that they have, which helped save me some money on the repairs I needed. The maintenance was a bonus, which came in handy in June when my AC system was starting to act up due to the condensate pump being overworked. It turned out that it just needed to be cleaned. I was really glad that I had signed up for the maintenance service.

ThermoCool is a wonderful company and I would recommend and use them again. Thank you!

ThermoCool (and specifically Chuck) is incredible. Professional, intelligent but more importantly polite and with amazing customer service. They easily stand above every other company we've had out to our house to quote, work or inspect a number of systems we've needed to fix or improve since purchasing a little over a year ago. Highly recommended, and will only be utilizing them for everything they offer moving forward!

All three technicians (including an apprentice) were extremely professional and respectful. They explained the exact problem and solution as well as answered my questions. There were 2 service appointments: the first to diagnose the problem and perform a temporary fix and the second to complete the permanent fix. Both were fast!

Excellent notification system so we know exactly when on their way! The technician (Dylan) is professional, friendly and answers all of my questions.

Our air conditioning went down right after we brought our new born baby home. Dylan was able to help us get our AC back up and running within no time. Dylan and the Thermocool team are second to none and we always appreciate their quick can speedy service!

Thermocool was recommended to me and they have been great. Angelo and Dylan both came to my home this summer and were very respectful and informative. I had a lot of questions as a first time homeowner and they were patient and kind. I paid for a service agreement (I haven't signed anything yet, but paid?) and do not regret my decision.
