I am in the process of having some of my trees treated but just the customer service I received from my consultation was amazing. Mary Babiez was on time, professional, friendly and full of knowledge and suggestions. SavATree is always attentive and professional. They did a great job with our tree trimming and tree removal.

As often happens, we found SavATree after a severe NorEaster had damaged both of our beautiful Magnolia trees and we were in danger of loosing them completely. They responded quickly and immediately proceeded to repair and install mechanical measures to ensure the trees could survive future dangerous conditions as they mended and grew. Since that time, we have called upon SavATree to help us combat constant attacks on our beautiful Hemlock hedge by multiple parasitic "bugs" as well as aid in nourishing our trees with subterranean fertilization and root enhancements. All with spectacular results! Everyone we have dealt with at SavATree has been knowledgeable, professional, courteous and eager to listen and help with whatever problem we bring to them. Rob makes me feel like our yard is his yard as he not only applies the treatment(s) we've arranged for, but takes the time to examine the trees and other plants in the yard and explain his findings as well as discuss any questions I have. I have found Rob to be as knowledgeable as any (at least most) arborists in the industry. Kim, our arborist, checks on our trees a couple times per year and any time I have a question. I have found her to be very knowledgeable, dependable, personable and honest. In the office, Nancy is such a delightful person to reach when you need help. She is always courteous, knowledgeable, professional and cheerful. And like everyone I've encountered at SavATree, she gets the job done. On a scale of 5 stars, I would give SavATree 10 stars! As an aside, last year both our Magnolia trees bloomed more than they have in the ten years we've lived here and they held their blooms for 2+ weeks! Previously unheard of in this yard!

Mary Babiez visited our home for a free consultation. She is a very thorough and patient arborist. She took the time to explain the different types of trees, and the kind of care they needed. She also prepared a plan that I could follow through the year and gave me a lot of tips on what I could do myself to care for my wooded lot. On the whole, I feel very confident and got the reassurance I needed to start this journey.

SavATree treats our Ash trees to protect them from the emerald ash borer. Lenny goes above and beyond by routinely checking the health of our trees and sharing how we can take better care of them to make sure they are here for years to come. So thankful for the excellent service and knowledge!

Brandon and all our service providers have been great. They do an excellent job, leave us with the summary of what was done. They are also good with closing the gate so the dog doesn’t escape.

Great service from the time MacKenzie came to give me the estimate until the day Maynor, Eduardo and JC completed the work. They were punctual, kind and accommodating through the entire job project. I highly recommend.

I am notoriously slow in writing reviews. Mary has been my arborist for several years. Mary is very knowledgeable and responsive in answering any questions that I may have. She comes out in all types of weather and she is always on time. I think I hit the jackpot with Mary. I look forward to a continued relationship with both Sav-A-Tree and Mary.

The staff was very pleasant and responsive to clients. Whether it be over the phone making arrangements with Jocelyn or in person for a consult with Mary, the arborist, the experience was great.

It was also quite impressive to see the vast experience and knowledge that Mary provides in a kind and patient manner to address any concerns one might have. Keep up the good work!!

Had a tree come down,on my property and as usual, called savatree, and got an immediate response back. Lenny (an excellent arborist) came an inspected the situation (and also looked at some other items I wanted done) and provided a cost estimate in the same day. Work was just completed on original estimated schedule. Excellent job, a good crew, All work done as promised at reasonable costs. Have used savatree many times over the years and always pleased with outcome and costs.

Mary, our arborist is very knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice on when and how to trim different species of trees to prevent future tree damage and disease. Always professional and helpful, we will always look to them first for advice and remediation.

We have used SavATree for several services in recent years. We have them treat deer-appealing Evergreens to protect them through the winter. We use them to provide nutrients to valuable trees which needed supplements to restore health. We used them to battle aggressive insects that were literally sucking life out of our trees. We've also used them to brace large sections that were strained so we can continue to enjoy the tree. Recently, we used SavATree to trim Evergreen trees infringing on Holly Trees. In each instance, SavATree was easy to work with, their staff is professional, and our trees are thriving. We get so many compliments and we have 1 answer... call SavATree.

I called SavATree to prune two trees, one of which is a real favorite of mine and was growing over my hottub. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. From Mary, the arborist, to the 4- man crew that did the pruning, they are organized, professional, and efficient. The trees look great and the clean-up was thorough. I highly recommend.

The grinding of the European Beech tree was huge, so the stump took a while to grind down. Savatreec cleaned up the debris of chips and disposed of it without me going over. Highly recommend.
