Last couple times we have been there Matt has been great! He's very professional, helpful and patient with us.

This week I had a steam boiler problem - was convinced pressure was running way too high and it needed a new pressuretrol and gauge. Went into GSP and got great advice as well as the parts, came home and spent an hour replacing them, and boiler is now working flawlessly. I really appreciate the help I got.

OMG!!! This place was a lifesaver!!! They did not have the item I needed in stock, but the advice from Kevin and Mark was so so valuable!!! I was able to repair a bleeder valve on a radiator!!! They were very professional and extremely pleasant!!! To me that means a lot! I can fix computers with ease! However, handyman DIY stuff around the house is a challenge for me! Their advice made me more confident that I could get the job done!!! Thank you Mark and Kevin!!!
