KGH might not call you to tell you that he's going to be late, but the work he does is A+ +. And, he cleans up after his work, I am totally satisfied with the job that kGH performed and this was my second time using kGH. Both times payment was made through my Plumbing insurance, therefore I am unsure of his charges. Also I know he's not willing to work overtime hours after 5 p.m. nor on weekends, maybe he will bend if it is an emergency.
