B&B Heating and Air has been effectively maintaining my Heat and Air Conditioning for 22 years. They also installed an entirely new system within the past 2 years. Joe and his family owned business did a great job replacing my central AC unit. I received quotes from several other companies before finding B&B and they blew them away. Joe also helped me out a few times since always getting back to me promptly to help out. Great work, price and experience with B&B.

Tony came right out on a Sunday and had the part for us the following day installed. He was friendly and professional. This is the same company that installed our heater when the house was built and we always call them. if there's ever a problem. highly recommend them.

B&B heating did a great job and really came through for us within less than a day and getting a new heater as we had no heat and it was freezing. They came out on New Year’s Eve and installed the new one. They could’ve waited till after the holidays but really took care of us. Thank you so much B&B heating

They don’t even deserve one star
This company installed the new HVAC system in my new home. I had them back multiple times in the winter and summer. Severe issues with the upstairs heating and cooling. They refused to correct issues. I had another company come out to assess and found out the ductwork to the upstairs was extremely undersized and installed not correctly. This is a terrible company and the owner and his sons definitely do not know what they’re doing.

I paid them to replace all of my duct work in the crawl space. I knew one of the workers and my family member went to school with another one.

The guaranteed the work, and I trusted them through the people we knew. Hard 6 inch ducting was to be installed with new outlets to increase airflow.

They couldn’t replace the outlets because “they are custom” and all of the ducting that was supposed to be hard duct work is the flexible fiberglass ducting, which was zip tied on.

Use another company.

Was loyal to this company for service. Really liked and trusted the gentleman who serviced our system for almost 10 years. When replacing double unit HVAC a couple years ago, stayed loyal even though they weren’t the cheapest quote.

They left my house dirty, didn’t move things back into place and the installation of my outside unit is not the workmanship I’d have hoped for what we paid. When I called to voice my disappointment it was not well received. And then apparently they decided to fire me as a customer and not continue with my service any longer. A really interesting approach for a small, local business.

Plenty of other options out there.
