These guys are GREAT....came right out and fixed my AC. They didn't have the part but went to the supplier and got the part I need THE SAME DAY...Up and running within hours...THE BEST!!!!

I couldn't be more satisfied with the work OES Mechanical has done at my business. After a negative experience with another HVAC company that had installed a 5-ton unit at my business, OES Mechanical came to the rescue and exceeded all expectations.

From the very beginning, OES showcased their commitment to honesty and integrity, qualities that had been sorely lacking in my previous experience. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, offering their professional expertise and guidance to address the issues left behind by the previous HVAC company.

Not only did they provide a clear and honest assessment of the problems at hand, but they also managed to save me over $1,000 by rectifying the mistakes made by the previous contractor. It's rare to find a company in this industry that puts customer satisfaction and fair pricing at the forefront of their business model.

OES Mechanical came to my home when my compressor motor that spins the fan inside my outside condenser failed. It was a fancy, multi-stage motor that was still under warranty from York. Despite Mark's (owner) two-hour effort to "Macguyver" the compressor to work at a single stage, while waiting for the new motor to come in at York, he couldn't "trick" the motor to stay on. Regardless, Mark stayed in close touch with me with projected arrival time for the new motor (two days), and then, two days later, while I was at work he returned to my home and replaced the failed motor. I was pleasantly surprised to return home from work that evening to a nicely cooled home. As others have already commented, Mark and his team at OES Mechanical are true gentlemen who operate with complete honesty and integrity, explaining what they are doing at every step. Since that incident, I've hired OES as my primary HVAC repair source for multiple buildings that I manage for a living. Unlike other HVAC companies out there, there is no hard sell on replacing unnecessary parts, or even worse, an entire HVAC system unless that service is absolutely called for. OES Mechanical has my absolute trust and faith, and is my absolute go-to for all things HVAC!

These gentlemen made a very unlucky heatless weekend for me and my family as good as they could while repairing our heater. Arrived 10 mins after I called. When they realized it wasn't as easy of a fix, they needed a control board of course it was the weekend and they couldn't get the part. They made sure our house remained warm. Top notch service, very caring and priced reasonably! I cannot thank them enough for a job well done and taking care of my family and not leaving us in the super cold! I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!! Thank you for being such wonderful gentlemen!!

Life savers! The day our AC went down it was over 90 out and they showed up really quickly. The technicians were very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. The price was great too, all around good experience with this company. They really took care of us. Will use them again for sure

Ian and Vinnie were so knowlegable and professional. You know when a contractor comes to your house and you think "Oh wow, these guys really know what they're doing" - that's them. Not only did they take care of the problem quickly, but they also did it at 1/3 of the cost that another top-rated company quoted us. I highly, highly recommend them.

Woke up with no heat! Knew it was going down to 22° so I had to get someone on it quick!! I called O.E.S. and Ian came out with Zack. Two great guys! Got right to the heart of the problem. They were professional and friendly and affordable!! Had our heater up and running in no time flat. I would definitely recommend O.E.S. to my friends and family. I lost my husband suddenly about three weeks ago. I had a house full of family in town for his services. When I started our AC unit up it was not working. The house was full of people and getting warmer by the hour. This added more stress to an already extremely stressful situation. I called them for help and they came right out and repaired the unit. This company exceeded every expectation. The technician (Ian) arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and got right to work. It was clear to me that they take pride in what they do — not just getting the job done, but also by doing it right. My home is now perfectly cool & comfortable. They even took the time to walk me through the new setup and gave great advice on how to keep it running smoothly.

I can’t recommend their services enough. My air conditioner stopped working, I called around and got quotes and availability from several people. Ian answered called me back with an estimate and gave me a same day availability, something no one else could. They were fast, courteous, a profession, and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend! I can't recommend them enough. After calling with my issue they were on site within hours. The problem was diagnosed and fixed ASAP! In today's world I was expecting the repair to be costly but was pleasantly surprised to find it affordable. I've utilized their services a couple of times and will continue do do so without hesitation. Definitely the go to HVAC company.

OES Mechanical was referred to me through a friend and after reaching out to them for an appointment, they were at my house the following day and replaced a failed internal component in my furnace to get it up and running again. I strongly recommend Ian and his team; they tended to and resolved the issue with my furnace quickly and the pricing was much better than expected!
