Visited the Starbucks on River Rd in North Bergen and encountered a Superior Tech employee who went out of his way to be courteous, holding the door for me as he passed by. His courtesy was surprising, especially since it wasn't required of him. What struck me was his kindness towards a stranger from another business - I wouldn't hesitate to use Superior Tech for future HVAC needs due to this interaction alone.
