I highly recommend this company. I had a liner replaced last week and Gary the owner was fantastic. Great work. Even better prices Definitely will use them again.

Very satisfied with the Helicol Solar Pool Hearing system! Our pool temperature was constantly in the upper 80's to 90 degrees all last summer! Gary at Boonton Pools stands behind his products with utmost care and top notch service!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great Experience with Boonton Pools. Highly recommend this company, Gary has been servicing our pool for over 10 years now and we have not only been very satisfied with the service but we have learned so much from his one on one attention. I have to say I stumbled on a negative comment on this site and advise you to give Gary a call to see for you self, you will be happy you did and will receive good old fashioned customer service!

Gary and his team are excellent. First time pool owners and he took the time to come out himself and explain exactly what needed doing. His team are very efficient, friendly and did a first class job. Honestly couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.

Boonton Pool was a pleasure to work with. He installed solar panels for my pool and they worked great. The panels increased my water temperature by more than 10 degrees which means more pool time before and after the regular Jersey pool season. Gary offered the best price and his guys did a professional job.

Gary and his team are wonderful. They have maintained our pool for years and we have always had a clean and sparkling pool. In addition to open, close and weekly maintenance they have done a number of updates for us. Replaced and old oil heater with a modern gas one , renewed the tiles and refinishing the coping. Wonderful company!

Gary & his crew have been servicing my 50+ year old pool for nearly a decade now. This year I needed a new liner which is a complicated job as my pool is the worst shape and a real pain to measure/ fit. I asked if he could do it – if he even wanted to – and he really stepped up to the challenge. New liner fits and looks great! Had a couple issues with the bracket that holds the liner in place because the pool wall is rusted and some of the screws pulled away, but he explained what was going on and fixed both sections. Then my pump failed and he easily replaced that as it could not be repaired. A few years ago I found a tear (leak) in my old liner and his team showed up in 20 mins to patch it, saving me from significant water loss. Another time an underground line burst and his team repaired it no problem. My dad put this pool in and taught me some things about it, but I have learned so much more because Gary takes the time to explain things to me. I trust his judgement even when it’s not necessarily what I want to hear. He knows pools and is fair with his pricing as well. I am and have been a happy customer and highly recommend Boonton Pools!

Company showed up on time and had the equipment to open our pool. Was disappointed to find out that we are being charged full opening amount when they could not fulfill and finish the opening service (could not sweep and vacuum the pool due to water condition upon opening) however as we have now learned, this company operates on a charge for service call instances no matter what actually gets done. Chemical charges ended up being significantly more then was explained to us over the phone. Also watch for errors in billing as we had to have an extra charge removed.

The owner is probably the most arrogant person you will ever have the displeasure of working with. They do not stand behind their shoddy work. Avoid at all costs.

0 stars.Terrible company.Call them if you NEVER want them to service your pool.Talked to Sandy several times.She asked for my address and I am to what for a call back on when they will come.Well its been 5 weeks and no call back.I called another company and their guys came by the same day I called.Boonton pools POS company.Do not waste your time calling them.

i do not know why anyone would use this company. The owner is probably the rudest, nastiest and foul mouthed person that I have ever dealt with and I am 84 years old! When the workers, two men and a young lady, arrived to open my pool for the summer they were polite and professional. For the first hour that they were here they went about their business, removed the cover, removed the plugs, vacuumed the pool, etc. That is when Gary, the owner,, arrived. I greeted him as he walked in and he completely ignored me. He went straight to the filter assembly and this is when he began ranting and raving about my pool. He was shaking the large barrel that had to be removed to get to the filters (the barrel was dislodged from the intake valve by his actions and I ended up paying another service man to put it back in place). Upon seeing this I asked him, very politely, if he would like me to take the top of the barrel off. His reply was, "Why the f--- would I want the top off? I advised him that it had to be removed to get to the filters to clean them (the young lady had previoulsly advised me that they would clean the filters behind my fence, next to the woods, to avoid making a mess by the filter). Again another round of obscenities. He was then screaming in my face and stated, the f--------- filters should have been cleaned when the pool was closed last fall. At this point he advised me that he makes $495.00 to close (not open) a pool and did not know why Sandy had given me the cheap price that I was quoted. He then said that he did not need to waste his time opening my pool, then called to the crew "come on, we're out of here" and walked off the job!!! All of this foul language and insults were used with my wife and the young lady employee well within earshot and I am sure my neighbors heard him very clearly! At the very least this rude and foul mouthed person owes my wife and his employee an apology for his language! My advice to anybody that has a pool - think several times before using a person like this, I would never allow him on my property again!
