Aging HVAC system needed replacing, contact Landis for an estimate to replace the existing system. Provided an estimate the same day and less than a week later had installed the new system. Courteous, professional and economical, I would highly recommend.

Very professional and walked us through the whole process of replacing our entire system with an energy efficient one so that we'd get the rebate. They had it installed quickly so we were only without air conditioning for a few hours. I highly recommend using their services.

I contacted Joe on a holiday weekend to ask him about the issues with my unit and to see if he could come take a look at it. I wasn’t free until a couple days later and he made my appointment right away! I was kept up to date with the time of arrival which was awesome, since sometimes when you have a window time for an appointment, you’re sort of left in the dark and just sitting around waiting all day, but Joe was prompt and on time. He was very friendly, respectful and safe while working in my house. Yes he showed up with mask and gloves on, which I appreciated in these times. He not only answered every question I had, but did it so I could 1. Understand the lingo, and 2. He explained everything in detail, so you know he is very knowledgeable about his work and takes a lot of pride in it. He was very thorough and quick as well. And when it came time for payment, which we all dread, it didn’t cost me an arm and leg!!!! So if you are looking for a HVAC company who’s highly efficient, quick responding, friendly and does high quality work that won’t break the bank, call Landis Air Conditioning and Heating! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

We had an issue with our humidifier, that interfaces with the HVAC, not working. The humidity in the house was down to 21%. Dustin if Landis HVAC came out and determined the problem to be a broken wire. He repaired it and all is well. Joe Landis is so helpful and responsive. Thank you so much.

We signed up for the 5 year service contract. It is well worth the money. We saved hundreds of dollars on repair of our heater and our yearly service for both our heater and today on our air conditioning which probably has not been serviced in 10 years. Joe Landis is very honest and professional.
