I believe the lady At the desk her name was Katherine. She was very knowledgeable and greeted me with a smile throughout our entire interaction. I came in having trouble trying to locate a certain fitting and without me even Fully explaining what I needed She already knew what I was talking about and I was in and out in less than five minutes. These types of interactions are what keeps people coming back
