I called Travisano Plumbing to extract a Moen shower cartridge, which I believed was causing a leak. For context removing these cartridges can be a major undertaking.

The team (Jim and Bill's son) arrived on-time and gave me an upfront price prior to starting the work. They extracted the old cartridge and put in a new one. They ran a test and determined the leak was coming from the cold water connection, which they fixed once I gave the ok.

We had just bought a house in West Orange, NJ in Spring and were distressed to find out that the water pressure in the Master Bathroom shower on the 2nd floor was very low (so much for house inspection!!).

We had already called in a plumber earlier, and were not happy with the service. He could not identify what was wrong, and basically gave an exorbitant quote to fix the "issue". We have been limping along in this state, all of us using the shower in the guest bedroom despite having 2 bathrooms. With guest coming in to visit us this July 4th, we were in desperate straits when we called in Will Travisano Plumbing.

We couldn't be happier with the service. They came in the same day we called. A family run business, we had both father and son show up to fix the issue. We were impressed at their skill & professionalism. They immediately identified the issue with the shower cartridge and fixed it within an hour. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, and were very reasonable with the pricing. They had an amazing attitude as well. We highly recommend their service!

For 20 years, Bill and his team have proficiently solved my plumbing problems. Whether it’s a big job like replacing an HVAC system and water heater or a smaller job like kitchen and bathroom faucets, Bill has done a terrific job.
