Well done! I am very impressed with Montana. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She spoke clearly and explained everything in a way that a customer could understand. She made me feel very comfortable. An employee like Montana is an asset to Argent Pumbing, Heating & Air Cond. What a great experience!!

On June 30, 2025 Jeff Spangler came to my home to repair a leaky gas line. I found him to by very knowledgeable and just a great young man. He truly is a Blessing to Argent.

Peter from Argent came to fix my running water issue at my house. He fixed the issue quickly, was polite and explained what he did so I’d understand his service. Was a really pleasant experience. A nice guy and happy to use Argent again

I called Argent plumbing to change out a faucet for our main upstairs bathroom. It's a pedestal sink so not easy to work with. Billy came and was fantastic. He was kind and knowledgeable, so easy to work with. He did a great job! I will be using Argent again in the future.

We used Argent to get a new A/C unit. Brian Trajkovski was fantastic. He came to our house several times including various follow up visits just to make sure everything was working perfectly. I definitely would use them again.

We have used Argent for over two decades with consistently high satisfaction. They have annually serviced our boiler system and a/c as well as conducted significant new installations including a/c systems, generator and a new steam boiler. What we like best is the personalized service. We have come to know many of the technicians personally — Montana in particular these past few years —- She can be depended upon to lprivide a detailed summary of work completed, maintain and leave a clean workspace and to treat your home with care and respect. As a result, what they cost represents a value given the end product.

Yesterday I had a plumbing emergency. My long time plumber was unresponsive so on a recommendation from a friend, I called Argent. Argent sent Keith to my home and he arrived within one hour of my initial call. Keith was polite, friendly and immediately diagnosed the issue. He quickly fixed the problem, cleaned up and provided information to help me prevent a recurrence of the problem. I also have to say that their pricing was extremely reasonable, which I very much appreciated. I had never used or even known of Argent before yesterday, but I have to say that from now on, I have a new plumber. Thank you Argent! Thank you Keith!

Last night I came home around 7:30 pm to my home. The heat wasn’t working and the temp in the house was 68 degrees, even though my thermostat was set at 72. I immediately contacted Argent. Within 1/2 hour Brian T was at my house to assess the situation. With a few minutes he determined the motor on my furnace was dead and needed to be replaced. As my furnace was 20+ years old, it might not be available. However he checked and found a new motor early the next morning and less than 14 hours later, Brian was back with a new motor and my furnace works great. Thank you to Brian T

Bennett came out to our home from Argent after a section of pipe burst in our basement. He came out ahead of schedule, communicated to us when he was on his way and even gave me a courtesy call when he was arriving. He was patient and explained every step of the process on the repairs he was going to be making before beginning the work. He was professional, made the repairs in a very short period of time, to standard, and cleaned up the work area once he was done. In addition, he offered to look at some of our other utilities while on site to make sure everything was in working order and offered suggestion on potential repairs or replacements we could explore in the future which all made total sense. Very happy with this technician and the service from Argent overall. Would definitely recommend/use in the future.

Bill communicated well and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed our problem and provided an instant quote for the repair. The charge was very reasonable. He produced several possible fixtures which thoughtfully paired with our bathroom. He promptly completed our repair and was off.

From a cheerful and professional demeanor, down to the protective covering for his shoes, Bill was a superb pro.

Our entire repair took only 45 minutes. We would gladly call Argent next time - and hope they send Bill!

Argent was amazing! I had a broken water heater as well as venting and back drafting issues with a furnace. After having a few other providers in my house, Argent came in and gave me an honest assessment, had a chimney company show up in an hour and got me hot water again by the end of day. From the very responsive owner Nick....to Billy who came in first to do the assessment....and then Jeff and Pat who came in to professionally do the work, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this local, owner operated business. There are too many providers out there who have been bought up by investors and they have lost the local, reliable and honest feel. That is NOT the case with Argent....they are GREAT!!

Great services, The company sent me the name of the technician coming to the house. The technician explained all the work for the install of the water heater. The work was completed very professional.

Called Argent as I needed a plumber to install an adapter for my outside natural gas grill. They were at my home within the hour. Piotr, the plumber was prepared and had all the parts he needed on hand. Could not have been easier.

Ryan is the best plumber I have known..Lucky to get him..Amazing job.. he did our clog sink like magic only in just less than 20 minutes.. price is very reasonable and you will not hesitate to give him good tip for excellent service.. I’m proud to recommend him because you will not be embarrassed for an excellent plumber.. he is really beyond excellent or shall I say he is transcendent….thank you much Ryan and God bless you always!!! As a long-time customer of Argent Plumbing, I can't recommend them enough! We noticed our A/C wasn't keeping us cool, so we scheduled a service appointment and they were incredibly responsive. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly and had a technician at my house within a few hours.

We called Argent after our SANCo2 external heat pump water heater started leaking. Brian T. from Argent came out the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue. Brian ensured we were back up and running with hot water until a replacement part arrived. When Brian returned to complete the repair he took the time to show us what he was doing so we could potentially resolve the issue if it ever occurs again, and also how to mitigate any possible future issues. We felt very comfortable with the service and very much welcomed the knowledge transfer.

I called Argent plumbing to get a quote on a new water heater , Nick sold me on the features and benefits of a instantaneous Tankless water heater , he said it much more efficient and didn’t take up as much room as a standard water heater. This was much needed since there was no extra room in the utility area, where installation was done . I was a little apprehensive in the beginning but once his technicians showed up and started the installation, explained how it was going to work, I felt at ease . I can’t say enough at how professional Argent techs were, especially their head tech Chris . The installation was done in about 6 hours the techs cleaned up and my hot water has never been quicker or better .
Awesome job !! I highly recommend Argent plumbing . I am also going to get a price on replacing my Air Conditioner since that is another service that they provide.

Billy from Argent was awesome - asked if he could come early and did an excellent job with a tricky/messy job. House was immaculate when he left.
