I recently had my Je​ffer​son D​u​ct Cl​ean​ing, and I’m very impressed with the service. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient.

Probably the best customer service I've ever had. At the same time, really kind and friendly, but also quite professional. In addition, the pricing was excellent. I would strongly advise anyone who needs their vents cleaned to use Je​ffer​son D​u​ct Cl​ean​ing company!!

They were friendly, punctual, professional, and effective. They were courteous to our dog, wore boot coverings, and tidied up after themselves. We'll definitely use this firm again when we need to have our vents replaced. I'm very happy.

They were able to schedule an appointment quickly, and they came on time and did a great job. It's wonderful to be able to use our dryer without worry. I would give 6 stars if i could! Je​ffer​son D​u​ct Cl​ean​ing came today to clean our very dusty ducts. They did a great professional job with them. I have had the Ducts done by other companies but nothing compares to what these guys did for me. I will recommend them more and more!!

I wish I had the ability to give more than 5 stars! The duct cleaning was one of the best investments we've made in a long time. Our house is ancient, we've done a lot of demolition in the remodeling process, and we have two huge dogs. I heard lots and lots of debris move through the suction system out of our ducts and into Je​ffer​son D​u​ct Cl​ean​ing truck. We are quite delighted with the outcome.

Anthony came out and cleaned my ducts perfectly. When he was done, there was no dust or residue anywhere. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He came back today and did a thorough service and flushed the clog & cleaned the coils, checked everything and made sure the unit was in top shape. I highly recommend them to all my friends!

Mike and the team were very professional, very helpful and did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond by cleaning my bathroom exhaust and my dryer along with my ducts system and furnace. Walked me through everything at the end of the job and you could see and smell the difference right away! I have no regrets working with them. Proceed with confidence. George came out and cle our vents/air ducts and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was kind and casually chatted as he worked and made us feel at ease being in our home. Our tech was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained everything to us. I never knew that having the air ducts cleaned out would take so long, but he kept busy and made sure that everything was cleaned like it should be. He made sure that we understood what he was doing. We also had him change our dryer vent area and he did that all by himself. He completed everything as quick as he could while doing a GOOD job. He were easy to work with and scheduling was easy.

Andrew and Joseph were fantastic! They cleaned every vent in our house, as well as the HVAC tube itself, to perfection. They also offered images. When I went into the house after they were done I could immediately tell a difference in the air quality. It was incredible. Highly recommend doing this, it is worth it, and they were both so gentle with moving items in our house.

Jefferson Duct Cleaning team was incredibly cost-effective. My ducts and vents were cleaned to perfection by the personnel. They were professional and meticulous in their work. They spent almost 4 hours on the cleaning job. The previous company I had hired a few years ago, they were done in an hour. They showed me before and after pics. What a difference!! Great job! Would definitely recommend.

I booked this company based on the reviews here. Big mistake! Horrible customer service. Truly Horrible. I booked them for this past Tuesday and reconfirmed the appt. Yep, all good they say. Technician doesn't show. I call. They can't get ahold of him. I reschedule because I have to leave the house. Second appointment was today. Reconfirm again. Yep, he's coming. I call about 2.25 hours into the 3 hour window because I smell deja vu. Guy who answers says he can't get ahold of the Technician and HANGS UP! I call right back. Different guy picks up. Says Technician will be calling any minute to tell me he is on his way. You see how this ends, yes? NO call and a NO SHOW. What kind of business is this? Booked a different company to come next week. Never experienced anything like this.

Extremely disappointing experience: when I called, I was quoted at 35 dollars a vent and scheduled immediately, which I thought was good. When the service member arrived, it was not anyone from the actual company, they outsourced the job, and it was not just 35 dollars a vent, it was 86 for each vent receiver which I was never told about. It was also extremely unprofessional and vague about the 10% discount for cash or venmo payment. Lastly and most importantly, my air conditioner did not work once he left and when I called the company numerous times to get it resolved I was merely told they were trying to get hold of the technician. They would not allow me to speak to management and they never actually followed through with my issue. I ended up getting it fixed myself. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I called Jefferson Duct Cleaning. They outsourced the service and sent someone who - based on my understanding - is not employed with Jefferson Duct Cleaning. The person dismantled my drier and did not put it back together properly so it was unusable. Further, he charged me an outrageous amount of money. I have called Jefferson Duct repeatedly since this occurred and have left numerous messages for a manager or the owner. No one calls me back. The last time I called, I asked for the company's mailing address so I could send a certified letter. The person who answered the phone refused to give me a mailing address and, to date, after numerous messages, no one has returned my call.

Caution! I believe this is a fraudulent company. Do not use them!! I had them come clean our dryer vent and they stained our brand new carpeting and left the laundry room covered in soot/dust. I’ve been trying to contact the Management team to no avail. They list their address as 458 Main St in Chatham but that is not a real building. When I asked them to provide their address on the phone they hang up on me. Please do not use this company! I would give this a negative star if possible!!!
