Pipe Works did an excellent job replacing our water heater. Specifically, Anthony Vega, our technician, coordinated the entire project, explained everything and handled the whole process with professionalism. We will definitely use this company again.

Anthony came to do a complementary camera check of my main sewer line they installed a loner a few years back. He was very friendly, knew his stuff, and made me feel assured and comfortable. Thanks Anthony!

Installation was a success! Ty, Jesus, & Joe addressed all the unexpected issues that came up & spent an extra day completing the work. I am grateful they could spend the extra time to finish before a major heatwave! Ty helped me set up the app for my new thermostat & gave me plenty of info about the new system. Rob was great in handling the paperwork & explaining the entire process from the beginning. The office staff is friendly & addressed any issues in a timely manner. Though there were several bumps in the road, the team worked hard to keep my installation date & I thank them immensely! Highly recommended!!

Very happy, Denzel and the crew were professional, they did a great job! They cleaned up everything after the work was completed. I’m praying the garage insulation stops the cold air from going up into the bedrooms.

Outstanding experience with Pipe Works Services, Inc. in Morristown, NJ. The back-office team was professional and responsive, and the excavating crew led by Jonny was absolutely top-notch. Excellent workmanship, great attitude, and true professionals from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Delroy was efficient and thorough. He helped clear a clogged pipe and made sure I was satisfied with the work. It was easy and smooth!

Diego did a great job fixing our boiler.
Very friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing.
He explained the problem clearly and fixed it efficiently.
It’s hard to find reliable boiler technicians these days, but Diego is definitely one of them.

Pipe Works recently did a significant amount of work on our steam heating system. At least six technicians were involved over several appointments. All were punctual, courteous and highly professional. Our system has never worked better. They have my trust and confidence. Highly recommended.

Anthony was excellent! We had a potential frozen pipe and water leak, and he took the time to investigate and talk me through options. He even came back right after leaving to re-check some areas with thermal imaging for extra peace of mind.

We’ve used Pipe Works a few times, they have done great work for us with emergency services in particular. We’ve had our basement flood twice, once due to a line issue and once due to water heater failure. In both instances they were able to dispatch late at night and help us solve our issues. Worked with Anthony V. most recently and he did a great job throughout the process.

Great experience with Pipeworks. The crew was very professional, communicative, and detail oriented. We had to have a new drainage system installed to replace old, clogged pipes in the front and back yard. After digging a lot of our yard up for 3 days, they left it better than before and even laid grass seed and hay down. Very pleased with the overall job and would work with this company again.

Brian was punctual, friendly, and incredibly helpful when it came to addressing some plumbing issues we were dealing with in our new home. He was also so sweet and kind to our two year old son - highly recommend working with him with Pipeworks and Brian.

We were fortunate to choose Pipeworks for our new central A/C installation in 2022. Prior to the installation, our old unit stopped working, which was a hardship for my wife. (My wife has health issues and the staff was and continues to be extremely accommodating with scheduling and mask wearing.) Diego was sent to try to get the old unit back up and running and he tried something unusual, based on his instinct, and it worked. There was too much freon and pressure build-up. Last month, he came out for a maintenance check on the water heater and furnace, and detected that the furnace ignition components were weak. He came back to replace it and, as always, is courteous and professional, and his technical ability is top notch. Thank you, Diego!

Separately, I’m embarrassed to admit it but I delayed replacing a bathroom sink faucet and when I tried, things were corroded and couldn’t be turned. Last month, Delroy came out to replace it – it wasn’t easy but he succeeded! In addition, he replaced the shut-off valves, tailpiece, and trap. Delroy is courteous and professional, and his technical ability is top notch! He was extremely accommodating and wore a mask while he worked, because of my wife’s health issues. Delroy also gave me time to clean the granite and sink after the old faucet was removed. Thank you, Delroy!

I’ve consistently had outstanding experiences with Pipe Works. Most recently, Diego (electrician) quickly diagnosed the issue with my bathroom fan and completed the installation efficiently just a few days later. The service was excellent—professional, prompt, and with impressive attention to detail. This year alone, I’ve relied on Pipe Works for HVAC installation, as well as plumbing and electrical work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality service and expertise.

Our experiences with PipeWorks have been very positive. We have recommended you to friends. Someone always answers the phone, people show up on time to do the work, the estimates of how long jobs will take are good, and everyone we’ve met has been knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. All of this made it easier to trust PipeWorks when they said we needed to do a lot of work on our HVAC systems. And we think the pricing is reasonable.

I’ve worked with Delroy C. and had a positive professional experience. He came for initial inspection to: 1) replace a water softener, 2) install smart water shutoff, and 3) replace garden hose bib. He quickly scoped the work, and recommended improvements according to best practices.

We confirmed the work on an all above, and he came for a follow up visit. He worked cleanly and impressively solo handled heavy equipment. He politely described the work done, and we worked through some issues specific to prior installation in a productive manner.

Overall I had a good experience, and would recommend working with Delroy and the company.

We have been customers of Pipe Works for several years and most recently we had a emergency situation where our boiler essentially flooded multiple rooms in our house. We called them in a panic on a Thursday morning and the staff arrived within 30 minutes. The team was compassionate, knowledgeable and within hours had a remediation expert on site. The boiler and water heater needed to be replaced and we were concerned with the upcoming snow storm coming as we had no heat and no hot water. Everything was completed by Friday night and it could not have been a better experience. Kevin, Ty, Jesus and Jose were incredibly helpful, kind and CALMING. They were there when we spoke with our insurance company and walked us through steps. Wow. Huge thank you to Pipe Works!

Denzel and his crew were great and very professional! They not only worked diligently to fix our water pipe quickly but also addressed all my questions and concerns. I recommend Pipeworks if you have complex problems like us (we had to replace the whole water main, and they did a great job)

Pipeworks has done a lot of work for me at two different houses and my business. From fixing and replacing sewer and water lines, complete water filtration system, Kohler Generator and a recent installation of a Mini-Split system. Very professional crew and always top quality work. Most recently Shakil, Franco and Diego did a wonderful and fast job at my home. You can't go wrong with Pipeworks!
