Great customer service, and selection.

This is a very elegant establishment with tons of options for your bathroom and kitchen.

Rich is informative and reliable. After working with him over a number of projects, I would highly recommend him.

Rich and Bill helped with some Grohe bath parts and were very kind to help a novice plumber. Will stop here again for any of my supplies or bath cabinetry.

Rich providep excellent service and very reasonable pricing for the quality products we purchased. As we had questions during installation, Rich responded quickly.

I logged on today to check their Saturday hours and was surprised to see a couple of one star reviews. 6 years ago we remodeled our house. Rich helped us with vanities, valves, tubs and fixtures. Every thing from service to the products was perfect. We are now remodeling another house and Rich is our go to supplier for vanities, valves, tubs and fixtures. This new house is even more complicated and Rich has helped out with Steam Shower generators and multi-head dream showers. When complete this summer, Rich is definitely invited to the house warming party!

We worked with Rich Buarne to pick the faucets, tub, tub fixtures, shower fixtures, and toilet for our large reno today. He was extremely knowledgeable, was not pushy at all, and really helped us when we were having trouble deciding on the faucets. We will definitely be using him for all future projects!

Our experience with this store and with Rich was excellent. Helpful, definitely not pushy, best prices and ultra wide selection. From the first time we entered the store, then followed by multiple visits and many changes to the selections, Rich remained helpful, patient and responsive. After orders were placed, order arrivals and home delivery was on time. Troy was the person who delivered and even helped to organize the space where all the items were staged. Rich provided multiple deliveries since I did not have room to accept all the items at the same time. Thank you Rich and Troy.

Great job for the money I pay

No one greated us or helped us at all and after 30 minutes we left.

First floor is filled with non custom bathroom vantities and other stuff. You can find discounts, but this floor is also a bit messy.

Second floor has nicer stuff to purchase and custom order. No prices on anything, you must ask. Service is a bit slow when we went.

Customer service is absolutely terrible!

Our sales girl, Becky, left in the middle of the project, and no one told us. She ordered the wrong size vanity, and the owner, Rich, wasn't going to replace it. It turned out that it was damaged, so he had to. Then, one of the drawers was broken and he replaced it, but all we got was the plastic drawer. Apparently, we have to take off the wood and put it on the new drawer and drill the holes ourselves! Oh, and when we went to use the brand new tub for the first time, the switch was broken for the air bath. We had to call the company ourselves to get a new switch AND replace it ourselves! Rich doesn't know how to run a business-he doesn't care about his customers. He does the bare minimum.

Customer service is Not their thing! –
Showroom sales woman had a strange familiar and condescending manner from get-go, got annoyed at questions about products and (thankfully) stormed off. We ended up talking to the manager who was much more helpful and knowledgeable (not sure why they even have the meet-and-greet harpy – she said herself she is not familiar with products) - but since the showroom didn't have all that much variety of fixtures to compare it didn't seem very useful. The place seems to be in disarray and ultimately looks like it specializes in in marble slabs and everything else is random.
