Tom and his crew did an AMAZING job on our bathroom reconstruction!! What started out with lavender and pink tile from 1960 was transformed into a beautifully updated bathroom complete with a washer and dryer. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They showed up every day as promised and cleaned up behind themselves every evening before leaving.There were no hidden fees and we paid what was quoted. Professional in every way!! Give them a call. You won’t be sorry!!

We had T&R convert our attached garage into living space and we’re so happy with how it turned out! Tom, Tiffany, and the rest of the team were awesome to work with. Tom understood our needs and got back to us very quickly with a reasonable estimate. The crew worked fast and Tom consistently kept us in the loop for what to expect throughout the project. This was our first big renovation and Tiffany helped make the process simple for us. She assisted with securing an architect, submitting for permits, and always got back to us right away if we had any questions. We will absolutely use T&R for any future renovation needs and would highly recommend them.

So impressed with these guys! So easy to work with. They were on time every day. They did our floors, banisters, steps and deck.

We hired T&R Contracting to install new basement walls, a door and molding. We also asked them to replace an old storm door. Even though it was a relatively small project, it received the attention we expected: all work was done on time and on budget. The spackling, painting and clean-up were very good.

Professional, communicative, and most importantly got the job done in a very timely fashion! We were defrauded from a shady contractor in the area who stole our deposit. We went in very on edge but Rick was great to work with and the team did a fantastic job - highly recommend these guys.

We used T&R to build a custom pantry for our kitchen and to partially finish our basement at a great price. The kitchen pantry turned out great and it added a very important feature to the house that we were missing. The basement turned out beyond great. We have an older home so digging down the basement was not really plausible as it would cost way too much $$$. Rick gave us some ideas to maximize the unfinished space that we went with and ended up installing vinyl flooring and giving the ceiling and industrial look with graphite paint and recess lighting. He even helped install a kitchen countertop in the basement to finish off the space with a pub style bar. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable and everything was done in a meticulous manner. We will use them again.

T&R Contracting deserves 6 stars! We had our first floor remodeled which included, cabinets, plumbing, electric, taking down walls, moving doorways, etc… From day one, they were on time, if not early, worked everyday and sometimes on weekends, extremely clean, respectful of our time and property, and finished the project early. Rick always made sure things got done and was a pleasure to work with. This was the first time working with T&R and it definitely will not be our last.

A+ , 5 Star the best in the business. Rick and his crew are second to none. I have dealt with different contractors for 40 years. This experience was best I’ve ever had. Nothing like having guys who really care, working in your home. I loved that at 7:55 EVERY morning..the guys were out front ready to work.

Rick and his team are timely, professional, and truly go above and beyond to ensure that every detail is perfect. We are thrilled with our recently renovated bathroom and continue to love our remodeled deck completed last fall! If you are looking for a General Contractor look no further than T and R Contracting! Rick and his crew are exceptional! From our first consultation to the final knob put on our new cabinets they were professional, on time (EVERY day), took pride in their work and care of our home. Their sub contractors are the same way. Rick is not only extremely knowledgeable in everything construction he is detail oriented and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Had my kitchen renovated by T&R. The project was pushed back by about 1 month due to unforseen circumstances, but once they started the process took about 1.5 months from start to finish. They did an excellent job. They were always on time and worked extremely hard to get our project done. Finished product is exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t recommend T&R enough!

We had an unfortunate run in with a leaky refrigerator line causing major mold damage in our kitchen.

We have hired T&R contracting for remodeling of our new house and they are the best in all ways like reasonable estimate, thorough and prompt communication, the best quality of work and have best crew of plumber, electrician, painter and general construction. Very helpful in hiring Architect and prompt follow up with township for getting permits, intermittent and final inspection. We have added and changed the scope of work but done with reasonable cost and with smile. One of the best contractor, ever I had work.
Rick and Tiffany are the best and completed our remodeling work without and hazel and stress.

We found T &R when we were passing through street and saw their truck and contacted. We didn’t do any shop around because their price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend for your project.

To say we're satisfied with the new kitchen Rick and his team put in our home would be an understatement. From our initial consultation, through the whole process, Rick was incredibly attentive to what our hopes were with our kitchen, and the timeline we were hoping to achieve it in. The speed at which they were able to get us from one step to another, coupled with their attention to detail made the inconvenience of a major renovation actually easy to bear. Each day Rick was there to assist with our questions, give us design input, and let us know the what work would be completed that day. Our kitchen looks right out of a magazine and turned out better than we could have ever hoped, and we can't wait to use Rick and his guys on our future renovations!

Let’s face it, hiring a contractor can often feel like a crapshoot which is exactly why you should eliminate the risk and hire T & R for your next project. I hired Rick and his team to remodel an entire house and could not have been more pleased with the results. As someone who grew up in the trades I knew what to look for and Rick’s team exceeded my expectations on every front. They were reasonably priced, used quality materials, kept a clean job site and had a fantastic crew. Our project manager Dean was on top of everything, communicated timelines and kept me in the loop on the progress throughout the entire two month project. When unexpected problems arose (which they always do on jobs of this scale) Rick and Dean were problem solvers and had a can-do attitude to find the best solution that would keep us in budget while offering a real solution. We even added additional work on to the project because we were so happy with the job they were doing. On the last day the place was left clean and move in ready. We will absolutely be hiring T & R for any other projects in the future and I strongly recommend you do, too.

We hired T&R to do our kitchen remodel (total gut). From start to finish Tom, Dean, and Tali of T&R did a beyond amazing job. Communication was constant and they were always available, work was completed within quoted timeframe, and price was not a cent over the initial quoted amount. Overall, just great people to work with and wouldn’t think twice about using them for our next home project.

T&R gets 5 stars all around. Rick and the team are highly responsive, hard working, and produce high quality results. They have done major remodeling projects for us several times over the past 5 years including a complete first floor remodel, a primary bathroom remodel, and a new back deck. We have family members who are now using them for projects, as well.

Broke Contract!!!

The good, bad and the ugly!
Owner agreed to 3 projects and only completed 2. We were supplying the tile, the vanities, and the doors for the bath and shower. We were led to believe that it could all be done one after another in a couple of weeks time. First project, full bathroom reno went amazingly and turned out beautiful, second project, front porch refresh was sub-contracted out and while it looks okay from the street, once you get up close, the inconsistent work is obvious. T and R never came to even check it out when it was done. The third project, a small bathroom demo and shower stall reno was never even started, even though we purchased an expensive vanity, mirror and all the tiles. Weeks turned into months of waiting and us doing all of the reaching out to them to set a date. A date was never set and when we pushed to get a firm date was told it was probably best to part ways. One other email came after that saying that the contract would need to be updated for work that wasn’t in the contract. Reviewing the old contracts, they were never really correct because different things that were discussed were left out of each revision. Not sure how that office is organized, but I would say it isn’t. We are very disappointed to be in this bind right before the holidays when we started this process in August and have had supplies all over the house for months.
