had rick look at the airconditioner. after 45 mins he had a good grasp of the problem and a logical path forward. he helped me understand also. not all contractors can do that. highly recommend.

I called Climate Mechanics for a furnace issue and they were able to get someone out within 4 hours. I was surprised with such a quick turnaround. Nathan was my technician and he was quick, knowledgeable and thorough. My issue was a simple dirty sensor that Nathan knew was the problem just from an explanation of what was happening. He insisted on wearing booties on a snowy day, which I know is a royal pain (I worked service for 10 years in peoples' homes). He instilled confidence and trained me on the proper maintenance of the issue to avoid reoccurrence and help with the longevity of my furnace. I will be using Climate Mechanics for any future HVAC needs.

We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. They promised to be out and install our new Central Air, Heater and water heater in about a week. They showed up on time and they even finished sooner than our sale rep had told us. We only had it in about a week but so far we are extremely pleased! If you are considering a new Central Air, Heater and water heater I highly recommend you get an estimate from them..I'm quite sure you'll thank me later.

We have used Climate mechanics for several heating and a/c jobs in our home. They are immediately responsive, one time coming to our home in the evening with short notice. They are professional and reasonably priced. It's good to have someone we can trust.
