Always reliable and got to the literal root of the problem. Tree roots in the pipes. I have worked with them several times. They respond fast and are extremely organized. Won’t work with anyone else.

Rob is as very informative, transparent and honest about the best path forward. My wife and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations and are very happy with the level of professionalism displayed! Will definitely be a good tidings customer!

Our AC unit wasn’t working, and within 2 hrs of calling Good Tidings they were at my doorstep. Nicolas was super friendly and found the issue very quickly. Took another 30 minutes to fix and he was done. Highly recommend this company.

The guys that came to my house to fix my toilet were awesome. Very friendly and nice, and explained what need to be fixed. I wasn't expecting it to be that price, but everything is top of the line and made of brass so it will last longer. ( unlike your hardware stores or chain stores)

Incredible Service!! They called me less then 5 min of reporting need of a leaky shower into my garage. They showed up the next day at the expected time, sent me a pic & bio of the plumber, diagnosed the problem and repaired, all in 2 hours. This is our third time using this company in the last 6 months to unclog a drain. Nick is clean, knowledge and very customer service oriented. Can’t go wrong with this company.

I can't say enough good things about this company. My hot water heater went out on me at 9pm one night and they had a new one installed with the old one taken away by 10am the next day. Their cost is worth it because you're getting what you pay for. Chris S. and his associates were super professional and efficient.

Rob came out to check my hot water heater, which had been making noise. He took the time to explain in great detail how minerals build up in the tank, what options I had, etc.

I asked him a lot of questions, and he answered them all with expert information and advice. As a result, I am having a new water heater installed tomorrow.

I am extremely impressed with the wealth of knowledge the plumbers have and their enthusiasm in sharing that knowledge. They detail every step in the repair, so the customer is very aware of what is being done.

Today Greg returned to install the new water heater. Before he could begin, he had to address some PVC pipe work that had been done incorrectly by a previous contractor who installed a furnace. What a blessing!

Greg worked tirelessly in the heat. Rob stopped back as well. The job was completed with expert workmanship. And when Greg left, you could not tell that major work had been done. That's how great the clean up was.

When he was done with the installation, Greg took the time to explain things to me about the new water heater. That led to a discussion about how water heaters work. I am amazed at the knowledge Good Tidings plumbers possess and their willingness and excitement in sharing that knowledge.

I am beyond satisfied with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I have been telling relatives and friends how happy I am that they were recommended to me.
