Steve is very professional (provides contracts, receipts, and makes himself available). I hired his company the beginning of 2025 for major work and they completed everything that I paid for including getting permits from my town.

Every time we have water problem we call them for the last twenty years. They always come in on time and polite.

Since they are closed on Sundays we had to have a technician from another company for our boiler problem. They said it will cost a lot to repair the part and recommended us to replace the boiler.
We were skeptical.
They said that because we were desperate after losing heat and hot water??
I needed a second opinion.

Besides the fact that he charged me through the roof, he replaced the wrong motorized valve so the problem remains

The plumbing tech who came out did a fine job but the office tried to overcharge. Had to have them take off a charge for material that was never used. Dishonest billing practice drives repeat customers away!
