I contacted several companies for an ala carte fall cleanup, and most either didn’t respond or came back with astronomical pricing. Carela came out right away with a reasonable quote, so we moved ahead. They did a fantastic job on my unique property, and stuck to the terms of the agreement and more. They even uncovered some plastic covered window wells and other small spots to get it all! Smooth process and a great end result, I’ll see you folks next season and for other landscaping needs!

Not very truthful. Always covering up their mistakes

I had them for few years and at first they were good but then they crew changed and the service is terrible. They blow leaves in hidden areas, leave parts of lawn undone, do not respond to complains. I DO NOT recommend their service

We used Carela
for 7 years and the work was done worse each time… they ruined our grass and now tried to cheat with the leaves, blowing them in our wooded property instead of removing them. My husband called the owner, and she was rude.. she never checks what her people are doing…
Stay away from them!!!

BEWARE - These guys duped me and left me without service. I was referred to them and requested a quote for four homes on my block. I tried to them a lot of business and make it worthwhile for them. Got a written quote in my email and texted them approving the fee and that I would work with them. I travel for work so it took me a week to print, sign, scan the contract back. But they reneged and said no new customers. They left me hanging since I had already canceled my previous service. They ghosted me and wouldn't reply to any communication. Carela is a small operation, be careful working with them
