Ginger, Jerry and the team did an AMAZING JOB! We got a brand new energy efficient Trane HVAC and their work was impeccable! Jerry is a true perfectionist! I am so happy we found them and highly recommend their services!

Hi: I was your 2 PM appointment on 10/11/2019. In summary: for as long as I live in the area, I don't see why I should call anyone else for my AC and heating needs. Details: the technicians (Ralph and his partner) were honest, patient, and informative. They told me what needed to be done or not needed. What I had done wrong or right. They diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently and inexpensively. When another problem developed, they also took care of it and informed me of options. You were my second call. I am glad I called you. My first call was a waste of my money and time.

After the storm where there were tornadoes we lost power several times in a short period. This knocked out our AC. I couldn't restart it. I called Cranbury Comfort around 8 pm and Ginger answered the phone. She had a potential solution that she walked me thru over the phone. It worked. We got AC back and saved a service call. TY Ginger.

On May 27 had HVAC installed in Barnegat. Used this company prior to our other home at Forked River. Jerry, Ryan and Gabe were fabulous Courteous professional workers. Ginger you are a true gem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It's Xmas Eve and the heater is not working. I frantically call places at 3:30am trying to find someone who can help. No one is able to guarantee when someone will help or when I would even get a call back! I get it, it's Xmas but it was cold and these places advertise that they can help 24/7!! At 6am this kind soul,Mark, from south Jersey calls and we talk about the issue. He arrived at my house and helped solved the heater issues! Very nice and professional! I was very pleased with this company. 100% recommend!

I had a factory recall for an AC unit and Ed, from CCS, took care of the issue. What was important to know is; we had 2 other companies come out to look at the job and both wanted to upcharge me between $100 to $500 - for a factory recall. Ginger called me and said they would be out and take care of the recall at no charge to me. Because CCS came out when they said they would - did not try to squeeze me for more money it shows they have Integrity and Honesty. Integrity and Honesty are rare traits in todays world. When I have an issue with my HVAC - I will be calling them.

Had this company install a new AC/furnace for me recently. Each technician was very professional and friendly. Ginger is the best and easy to work with. She was with me through each step before, during, and after. Great company.

When NO Trane dealer company would service our "Trane" in the Forked River NJ area, We turned to Cranbury Comfort System. We were either out of the servicing area or the companies didn't or just didn't want to work on our type of equipment. Ginger was extremely helpful, friendly, highly knowledgeable and showed compassion. She absolutely went above and beyond! In fact, the following day she sent her tech Mark out who diagnosed our problem! Not enough heartful words can express how grateful we are to have found your company!! Wonderful Customer Service; Knowledgeable, Friendly and Professional Technicians. Need I say more? Kevin and Ryan arrived on time and did an Excellent Job on my A/C system repair. From start to finish Kevin explained everything to me from diagnosis to cost; and let me tell you that he and Ryan were professional, helpful, compassionate and just down right Good People in a very heat-fueled situation (I was a Hot, Miserable Mess)! And to find that I was a victim of Freon Theft just made it harder to swallow. I just cannot say enough about Cranbury Comfort Systems. I spoke directly to the Owner Larry this morning and he is just as kind, compassionate and professional as his employees. Thank You so much for all of your help! Ginger sent out Ryan to install my new wifi thermostat. As usual, a great job, and quick. After 24 hours, it may be my imagination, but my a/c is acting like a brand new system. Can't wait for my fall tune up!!! Thanks to all at Cranbury Comfort.

I had a broken fan motor and module that needed to be replaced. My local HVAC company could not locate the part. I reached out to Ginger and she was able to get the part within 24 hours and have someone install it the next day. Ginger's team is very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. A+++++ organization. Highly recommend.

On 8/2/22 We had our condenser, evaporator coil and furnace repalced by CC. The installers with Cranbury Comfort were prompt, professional, and courteous. We recently had an issue with the furnace after installing nest thermostat and we have called the HVAC company who installed the system and they claimed that the Control board and gas valve have shorted and did quoted a hefty price for the parts and repair. I was skeptical about the diagnosis and called Cranbury Comfort and spoke to Ginger. She was very courteous and helpful and understood my case and immediately scheduled an appointment for the diagnosis. Technician Ryan came and took a look at the system. He did few fixes and furnace started working without any issues. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you Ginger.

Hands down... this is the most professional and reasonable company around the tri-state area. It honestly puts others to shame. Of course during peak season, we accidentally cut the freon line on our ac unit, hedge trimming. After calling around most businesses did not even want to get involved or were to busy. Some were asking the price for a new unit just to repair it. We were able to get a family friend do the repair on the ac line. Thankfully CCS was willing to come test the system for leaks first. After everything checked out. They were able vacuum the lines out and fill the system. It was relatively quick, yet the technician was very thorough. We will not use anyone else for our service, repair needs. They even waved the diagnostic fees and only charged us for the pressure test and fill. I will not recommend anyone else. Give them a call today for no hassle no haggle service. Quick service, happy employees and great business ethics.

Ginger and her team are the best. Had our A/C go out on the hottest day this year. Mark was here to have a look. Unfortunately for us it was parts that needed to be ordered. Mark sent everything in to Ginger and she called on Sunday evening verify ordering parts and cost (shipping and handling and installation). Ginger remembered the system was still under warranty so that saved us a bundle of money. All involved were wonderful to work with and super friendly and nice. Most importantly they were willing to work with us to get things done as quickly as possible and very professional. Thanks!!!!

This is our second time using Cranbury Comfort. We had a furnace replaced earlier this year and now an air conditioning unit part. They are quick to respond even after business hours. All technicians are extremely personable and knowledgeable. We will not use anyone else for our heating and air needs.

Great company. Great staff members. In hot summer during busy days, they still managed to find time slots to help us, got my AC back on before the hot weekend hit, and saved my baby girl from the horrible incoming heat. Great work with a great price, while I was willing to pay double or triple price to get the AC restored. Most importantly, this is the company who cares about their customers with warm heart. I am 100% staying with them and give strong recommendation.

Called Cranbury Comfort Systems when I had a misihap with refrigerant line. Ginger called me back almost immediately, gave me a very accurate estimate over the phone and got Gabe out to my house the next morning. Gabe was great. Spent several hours problem solving and getting the A/C up and working perfectly. Would definitely use them again. Highest praises for GInger and her team.
