I have nothing but great things to say about Patriot General. My company has worked with them a couple of times and it’s evident that they’re a team who cares tremendously about why they do!

From the very first meeting, the team was attentive and genuinely listened to my ideas, offering helpful suggestions that really brought my vision to life. The craftsmanship was top-notch; the new space blends perfectly with the rest of my house, showcasing their attention to detail. They stuck to the timeline without any hiccups, which was a huge relief, and the crew was always professional and respectful, keeping everything tidy as they worked. Even after the project wrapped up, they checked in to make sure I was happy and quickly addressed any small concerns I had. I’m really thrilled with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Patriot General Construction to anyone looking to add on or renovate their home!

I needed two windows replaced in my garage which is older. Patriot General came and replaced both making the garage look 25 years younger, wouldn’t we all like that!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Patriot General Construction on a project where I encountered an issue. Their team was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process. I particularly appreciated that they provided videos of their findings, which made it easy for me to understand the problem.

They have a truly great team there.

We only went through this company because of insurance. If we had a choice, we would have fired them within the first two weeks of working with them. We had to request materials to be sent multiple times, wrong materials were ordered, and there was very little communication throughout the entire process.
The project was supposed to be completed in December, as per our contract, but was instead finished in March due to multiple delays on their end. I would also recommend looking up the owner’s name before doing any business with them to see if this company aligns with your morals. Please save yourself the time and headache and find another company.

The one positive experience we had was with their employee, Emanuel. He did an excellent job restoring our home, and we would gladly work with him—and only him—again in the future.

There was no “timely communication.”
There were multiple times where we waited days before having to reach out again for a response. This even includes the time we had to reach out to the owner again after not hearing a response for almost a week.

We went through 2 different project managers on this project and were told “they were no longer with the company,” out of the blue. At some point, you have to take responsibility for your company and not put the blame on the people you decided to hire.

As for the personal comments—those are absolutely relevant to this review. A review reflects not only the company as a whole, but also the individuals who represent it, especially the owner.

If you enjoy no communication, mid service, being mislead and lied to then boy, have you found the company for you. They couldn’t coordinate their way out of a paper bag. They have a team for everything and not a single one of them was on time. We never got an answer on any time frame that held up and everything just added another day which we then had to rearrange our schedule for. Thank the construction gods I never have to deal with them again.
