Hands down the best supplier, and hands down the best Johnstone location in NJ. Everyone’s extremely polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They greet you at the door, offer free coffee and snacks, and it’s truly enjoyable to visit them. 11/10 would recommend. The counter guys are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They also have very knowledgeable sales rep that have all the answers.

I just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Johnstone, and it’s all thanks to Janae at the counter. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed—even when I wasn’t 100% sure how to explain it—and got me in and out quickly without ever making me feel rushed.

What really stood out was her professionalism and positive attitude. She handled a busy counter with ease, kept things moving smoothly, and still took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was right. It’s not often you come across someone who combines efficiency with genuine customer care so well.

Janae is a huge asset to Johnstone. If you’re in the trade, you know how much a great counter person matters—and she’s one of the best. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

No matter what I need, they somehow have it in stock or they go out of their way to track it down, even if it’s something they don’t normally carry. In this line of work, having a supply house you can rely on makes all the difference, and these guys consistently come through. Fast, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Definitely appreciate everything they do.
